Although the hotel is a little bit old , it’s clean and tidy. Location is just 15 min walk from the central bus station with adequate public transportation nearby

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Location was not close to attractions but we were provided transport card which was convenient to take bus to get around.

Booked a bit late so didn't really have many choices in Salzburg. But I was surprised by the service and cleanliness of the room. I messaged the hotel directly to ask for direction from the station and was told to take Obus No 2. It was easy to get there with the pre-arrange Salzburg Mobility Card. Location wise it is not near to the station of Ler the main area. But it is ok since there is couple of supermarkets nearby (Billa, EuroSpar and Aekshea - Asian mart). The bottled water is only 1 per stay. Free flow of tap water is highly recommended.

We have problem with the air conditioning in 1 room. The staff requested us to monitor for the night. If it doesn’t show improvement, they will change the room for us.  It didn’t work so they changed the room the next day.  Staff are friendly and rooms are clean.  Hotel quite near to the tourist information centre, which is about 15mins walk.

Nice, clean and spacious. A 15 minute walk from city's center, but in a bit off area. Billa grocery a minute away. Fridge in the room is small and did not cool well. Walls rather thin so we could hear crying children next door. Ameneties are nice and beds comfortable.

Excellent location for walking or bus to many old city sights! Room was extremely comfortable, fresh and clean, very helpful appointments with fridge, cupboards, coffee station, lovely soap and lotion, everything extremely fresh and professional. My room looked out on a lovely tree and sheer mountain face! Such a wonderful bonus! Sauna was clean and comfortable and a very helpful amenity. Front lobby and 2nd storey lobby were attractive and comfortable. Loved my stay here, thank you!

Nice stay, good location close to the main station and walkable to the city. Didn't try the food, but the bar looked cozy. Friendly staff. Sauna and gym available. Perfect for short stay to explore Salzburg.

I recently stayed at the Dorint City Hotel Salzburg and I can highly recommend it! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes away from the main attractions of the city. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide tips on sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and a wide selection.
