Overall clean and nice room, but surroundings is very worn down. Location is slightly off center to city, but the hotel room is not very accessible. Small lift and area within the hotel isn’t very clean.

Very nice hotel and the location is top class. You can see the Royal Palace from the hotel room. Breakfast was really good. The bed was super large and the room had the AC as well. The hotel is very near to Metro and Tram services. Very close to the city centre. Overall the stay was really nice and comfortable.

Great location, but a bad living space. Too small room (standard variant with garden view) for hot weather, the conditioner doesn’t help, because cold air ≠ fresh air, and the one window can’t solve the problem. The smell of canalisation in the bathroom was really disgusting. Card for opening room doesn’t work in breakfast room, everyone has to knock the door. The workers are friendly and polite.

The room was very clean. I would add something like kettle to make tea/coffee in the room, but not so critical. Bathroom was also clean, however, the shower cabin is too small and the door part of the cabin is missing, there is a curtain over there. Anyway, perfect for its price/quality/location.

Great location in the middle of Budapest very close to good transport links. The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel was basic in nature but still good value for money.

The size of the room was a really nice, AC worked perfectly too. Only thing that lacked was the amenities but for the money it was great value!

- great location - the room was "ok", the shower was great, but the hairdryer wasn't working. They don't offer cleaning service, and the building structure is very old and dirty. A mix of residential/hotel/offices (??) It was much better than the reviews on Google/booking.com. But don't go with high expectations. You are paying more for the location.

Hotel is in the middle of city. Very convenience to go around. But it is quite old and light is not turn on. Look quite scary like a horror movie. Electrical problem during night and fire alarm without anything happened at 1 am Otherwise room is clean, staff is nice and helpful
