Pro It was a good stay again; the hotel is in a good location, good sized comfortable room and really excellent breakfast. Con The staff at entrance and in lobby make absolutely zero effort to help with bags or anything else: not sure why they are there and unlike the helpful recepyion staff.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

For those who know Brazil, this is a very good hotel in a good location. The rooms are clean, the service is very good and the people are all very friendly and make you feel at home. We will book it more often, as we spend more time in Brazil than in Germany.

Old hotel, archaic structure. Good breakfast, large pool. Poor entertainment for families. During the Easter holiday, the hotel did not hold any Easter program or give any gifts as a courtesy.

Excellent service. The facilities are very good. The food is varied and of a high standard.

Hotel excellent quality and structure. The room is old but of excellent quality, the only thing to be desired is the shower head which is old. Breakfast with many varieties.
