The hotel is in the perfect location. It is very tired looking and needs a good clean! The reception staff are rude and don’t really work. I even disturbed one of them having a lie down as the fridge in our room didn’t work. Whilst he was happy to help, not really what I expected and the problem was not resolved. Over the three days we stayed we had no working fridge in 30+ degree heat. Not good at all. The breakfast consisted of croissants that were usually rock hard. Not much choice at all. There was also some cereals but the milk didn’t look appetising at all. If I am honest, I’d stay elsewhere. The only good thing about the hotel is the prime location.

We booked 2 single beds. They gave us one double bed. After asking them to change our room or seperate beds, we’ve been told to seperate it ourselves!!!!

This hotel is in good location. Just 2-3 minutes walk from San Marco square. Room is spacious. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Staffs are very friendly. You can check in + leave luggage before collecting the key at 2 pm. While waiting, there’s free WiFi for you to use too. Love staying here.

Because it was on the top floor, the room was extremely hot. There was an air conditioner, but it hardly worked. However, it was good that there was a balcony.

Very honestly, a clean and well-located hotel, but that's it. Unpleasant, insulting and unfriendly staff, a factory, no respect. Breakfast more than basic for the price paid. The service is deplorable, TV does not work, at night it is cold you have to cry to get a higher blanket, the taps do not work, very little space in the bathroom. It's a shame because it wouldn't be much more than that for it to be really better...

The location is excellent, comfortable rooms but with a very small bathroom, which meant that the shower was very low and uncomfortable. At check-in they made a lot of turns and it took time unnecessarily.

Perfect location and nice, very "Venetian" decor. I didn't like the mold on the ceiling and the smell of mold in the room. The bathroom was nice, modern with a bathtub. Breakfast was typical Italian, i.e. only sweets, terrible coffee - supposedly from an espresso machine but instant. On the plus side, delicious croissants and very nice service.

Well, let's see, we have to be aware of what we are booking, what we are paying... if we take this into account, the hotel deserves a good opinion, if we expect to find the modernity of a hotel from any well-known chain, it is not your place. Correct cleaning, correct beds and short but correct breakfast food.

Don't judge by domestic standards.
