Dazzler by Wyndham Salta
"Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is only a few blocks from Salta’s main square. The staff were absolutely lovely and attentive, both at the reception and the restaurant, even in the very early hours of the breakfast service. The room was modern and had all the amenities but the most memorable part was the rooftop with a small but functional gym and a gorgeous pool with a view. I wouldn’t stay elsewhere on a return trip to Salta."
Solar de La Plaza
"We spent four nights at this hotel which was ideally situated in the City. It was an excellent base for the day trips we did to Cafayete and the Salinas Grandes. The hotel is elegant and old style with lovely large en suite rooms. There is a bar and a very good restaurant which we used two or three times during our stay. There is a good choice at Breakfast which starts at 6.00 a.m. (useful for tours that start really early) and the laundry service was efficient and reasonable."
Sheraton Salta Hotel
"Large hotel just outside the city centre (about a 15 min walk to the main square). At first appearances the hotel is a bit dated, and in some respects this is the case. However our room appeared recently renovated with a modern feel and massive new TV. Breakfast was very flexible, starting early to accommodate those going on day trips from Salta. It was varied and reasonable quality. We had room service one night, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times."
Hotel Salta
Portezuelo Hotel
"Nice hotel with a beautiful view, good gym and good breakfast, the communication went a little difficult but further, everyone was nice."
Design Suites Salta
"Ok for a night sleep. The hotel seems to be old around the corner"
Guemes Hotel & Spa
"Very good hotel. Within the centre of Salta, close to the square 9 July and many dining and exit facilities in the immediate surroundings at a walking distance. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast."
Alejandro 1º Hotel
"I booked for someone else, but I didn't know how it worked. I emailed the hotel to ask about some things, but there was no reply."
Legado Mitico Salta Hotel Boutique
"Gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely rooms and plenty of places to sit inside or outside. Great location. Drinks and snacks are available to buy but they don’t make this clear when you arrive. They could do a better job of explaining you get a welcome drink and how to order extras. The breakfast is the thing which stops me giving 5 stars. The food is ok but nothing special compared with other boutique hotels on our trip. The coffee which is provided is undrinkable - sitting in an urn for you to help yourself. It is possible to order good coffee - espresso cappuccino etc but they charge. I’ve never before been charged for coffee with breakfast. I mentioned this at check out but got charged anyway. Management needs to improve the coffee and the check in communication. Shame it let down what was otherwise a fabulous hotel."

Kkala Boutique Hotel
"Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood of Salta. Staff friendly. Breakfast sufficient. Our Tok Was Salinas on third floor. Bed comfortable. Room spacious. Bathroom good. Has wash cloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. Would recommend in Salta."
Distrito A Fma-Coliving
"It was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price."
Hotel Marilian
"Clean hotel, good breakfast, car well, first-time staff, boy TV and remote, very good in its location, good bathroom. I used it as a pass hotel in a trip of 8.000 Km through Argentina and Chile and served me. For the 2 days I was very good. Salu2 "
Gran Hotel Presidente
"Old hotel with poor maintenance. Very very friendly staff. Dirty carpets in the hallways. Dark room facing a skylight full of pigeons making noise. The bathroom is a horror, from the 80s, with a screen that would shake if you touched it. Instead of a bathtub, there was a shower with a tiled floor, which was dangerous. You have to bathe in flip-flops. The towels have holes, are frayed and worn. The pool is in a place with the entire ceiling stained with moisture and the walls are peeling. They do not do maintenance. Good location. There are many better hotels."
Casa Real Hotel
"Gorgeous historic property connected to the Santa Rita winery. Large, comfortable rooms, impeccable service, and truly stunning grounds. Worth a splurge. Definitely do a grounds tour and wine tasting! The grounds are humongous. The food and service/ so good!!! 16 rooms in the 18 century mansion. Tons of friendly staff members. In the house they have a room with a pool table. They have free mountain/ trail bikes to use. A great place for a romantic getaway. The only issues was the pool is not heated."
Hotel Inkai
"Hotel Inkai is located opposite Salta railway-station and offers 29 rooms over 3 floors. The hotel is built around 2 patios and very quiet. To the Plaza 9 de Julio is 10 blocks. Free Wi-Fi and street parking in front of the door. Staffs are adequate and friendly. Our practical room was adequately decorated and furnished, with an OK kingsize-bed. The room had a TV on the wall, wardrobe with safe, desk & chair, and no water boiler. We had a small separate bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The window opens into the patio. All was clean. An OK buffet breakfast is served with an acceptable variety: scrambled eggs, ham & cheese, bread & toast, cake & croissants, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, water, tea, coffee & espresso. Hotel Inkai is a comfortable hotel, and we had a good stay. Recommended."
Amerian Salta Hotel
"Amerian is rare. It is a chain but in each province they maintain it differently. In Salta it lacks maintenance. It looks like an old hotel. The bathroom is a bit sad. Bring shampoo because it's the worst I've seen. The weak restaurant. The attention is good. The normal breakfast."
Hotel Ankara Suites
"Breakfast in your room. Parking and free laundry. Our room had a full kitchen as well. We were only there for one night before driving through the rest of the province. Quiet and clean. Great view of the city and the mountain chair lift."
Hotel Samka
"The attention of the staff was the only good thing about the place. A hotel, which must have been nice when it was inaugurated, is now long gone. Leaks at the reception, lack of cleaning, old doors swollen by humidity, which had to be slammed to open or close, with the risk of being left with the handle in your hand."
Hotel Tonight
"The hotel was very new, but there was a little bit and a little bit... no lift if you're going to the 3rd floor... no breakfast is very good."
Hotel Boutique Balcón de la Plaza
Hotel Colonial Salta
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Colonial Hotel, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the main square . I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options in well decorated room. The hotel's location was perfect, just on a main square. Overall, I highly recommend Oceanview Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!"
Ayres de Salta Hotel
"We stayed one night, left to go on a 2 day tour then returned for two nights. Our first bedroom faced the street and was a bit noisy. The second bedroom faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking into town and Salta is a lovely place to explore. There is an unheated pool on the top floor. It probably warms up in summer. We were there in November and it was quite cold- okay once you were in. Staff service was excellent. The only reason for four stars and not five was that the breakfast was more limited than in other similar hotels. You can order eggs and they are delicious freshly cooked. However the fruit salad was mainly apples. Perhaps it is difficult to get melon and pineapple at this time of year but our other hotels all had them. Apart from the breakfast I loved the hotel and would stay here again when I visit Salta."
Apart Hotel Marilian
"The truth exceeds my expectations, I read many comments that he lacked maintenance and that kind of things but in my case I can't complain of anything, everything perfectly safe, the perfect location but certainly the best was attention Received by all employees, super pleasant friendly and service."
Casa Foresta
"The reception staff are amazing, they are always ready to serve and help you. And what I like is the breakfast, it is really good."
Hotel Aybal
Brizo Salta
"I stayed at the Brizo Salta while visiting the city on vacation for a few days. This was an excellent hotel. Right from the start I got a great feeling when I entered the room and found a personalized letter with a couple of local pastries, those are the kind of small details that makes you feel at home. The location is great, just a few blocks from the main square and right downtown. The hotel is modern and well decorated. The room I stayed on was large, very confortable, had a good bed and lots of storing space. The only downside of my room was noice since this room was overlooking two avenues at the front of the hotel, if you can get a room overlooking the back of the hotel I think that will probably be more confortable. I found all the hotel to be very clean and the staff was really nice. The breakfast is good and one of the best things is that it is open since 6:00 am, which is great for some tours that start really early. They also offer a rooftop afternoon tea on Fridays and weekends, this is really nice, only a pitty that it is not available more days. I would 100% recommend and look forward to going back in a future visit."
Donna Alda Casa
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And it's not even about the dirty frying pans and pots that you won't want to cook from. And it's not even about the bedroom, with a closed door leading directly to your neighbors, whom you can hear perfectly well. The worst thing is the heartless communication and constant intimidation that you will receive via WhatsApp. This hotel does not have a reception or staff that you can ask anything. Only dry communication during working hours via WhatsApp. You are constantly threatened that if you break something or are even a minute late, your card will be charged $50. In general, even before checking into the hotel, I received a huge portion of stress and negativity, although in the end I did not break anything and did not have to pay a fine, but I had to constantly think about it!"
