"Overall the hotel is good. It's very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. However, i do have a problem with them only offering 1 bottle of free water in the room. We booked a 3 person room and there is still one bottle water that's free. And when i asked if this is the hotel policy that one bottle per room despite the number of people, the lady at the front desk gave a really irritating response. If it is the hotel policy, you could just tell me because that's all I want to know. You don't have to give me a face. That just seems very unprofessional. At the end they didn't charge me the extra water i asked but i am willing to pay for it if you tell me that's the hotel policy though to me unreasonable."

"What a beautiful hotel. We had a de luxe room at the front which feels like a separate part of the hotel with its own lounge and little garden terrace. Great place for a gin and tonic. Despite facing the road we didnt hear any noise and tge bed was very confortable. . The old colonial style is charming and the service was impeccable and friendly. Breakfast was typical for an argentine hotel, pastries etc but there were eggs fruit and yoghurt."

However, the communications are managed by AI, and it's terribly inefficient. There's a relaxation pool on the roof (it's a jacuzzi), but apparently it's cold (that's what the AI ​​told me) and you have to fill it yourself. I didn't get to use it... I never figured out how, and the pool was empty. Also, the apartment has a kitchen. I bought food, but I couldn't get the stovetop to work. I spoke to the AI ​​about it three times. On the last morning, I was told that the circuit breaker for the stovetop had to be switched on in the electrical panel! The AI's translator mentioned a key in a box behind the door! A lot of time and food wasted!"
