"I booked a twin room with breakfast for two nights. The room size was decent for Saitama. The location is great, very close to JR Omiya station, making it super convenient for getting around. The top floor has a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel breakfast was also good, with both Japanese and Western options. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes. Definitely recommended! The only downside is that there are too few washing machines – only three – so you pretty much have to fight for one if you want to do laundry."

"Upon check-in, the front desk staff quietly upgraded us to an executive suite, which was a wonderful surprise when we opened the door. The room was, of course, spacious with a fantastic view – we were absolutely thrilled. The hotel breakfast was excellent, leaning towards Western style and quite refined, with a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel isn't far from Urawa Station, where there are several department stores for some shopping. Plus, the airport shuttle to Haneda Airport departs directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Saitama."

"I stayed here after a live concert. The location was very convenient, close to both the venue and the station. I had a twin room facing the train tracks, but the train noise didn't bother me at all, and there was a sofa in the room, so I was able to relax. I was happy to receive the complimentary skincare kit (cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, and cream). The breakfast had a good variety of items and was very hygienic, making for a pleasant start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel."
