Palace Hotel Omiya Reviews

The room is biggest i’ve had during my trip this time it’s a little bit of a walking distance from the station but easily access. Love it.

Hotel is near to omiya station, with convenient stores nearby. But need to avoid of choosing smoking-friendly room if you are non-smoker.

Have stayed more many times.. always one of my preferred choice when staying around Omiya.. walking distance to Omiya station, super convenient for food and groceries.. Sogo, Big Camera is around the corner too.. there is also Limousine Bus service right opposite of the hotel, but sadly, after COVID, the service is only to Haneda airport.. no more to Narita.. hope the later would be back soon!

Conveniently located near train station. Decent breakfast. Wouldn’t mind staying again!

Great location next to Omiya train station. Clean and near to food places.

Close to Omiya station ( West entrance/exist), there are many place to eat and malls such as Sogo. There is a Limousine bus service to Haneda airport I from of Sogo.

Concierge service is very good

Everything was good. Near station and restaurants. Car park available at a fee but make sure you know the carpark lift lobby which you used else finding your car can be challenging.

The place was ideally located. Hospitality was great and food comparatively delicious at an affordable price. Room was clean with all amenities available.

Room is stuffy and without aircon in December. No windows too. Do not recommend.

The staff were very skilled and I was very satisfied. The food was also very delicious. My only complaint is that you can't charge your phone around the bed (there are no outlets). This was the only thing that felt a bit old, but the building and the room were very clean. There was a charger in the room that was compatible with various connectors, but it was near the TV, not around the bed.

I stayed here by myself to relax. I was changed to a corner room, which gave me a good view. The variety of amenities was no different to that of a normal hotel. The room service for breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was satisfied with the service provided by the restaurant staff. The location was good as it was close to the station.

The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which was nice. The facilities were also clean.

A very cost-effective four-star hotel, 8 minutes walk from the station to the hotel, 370 single rooms, the room is much larger than the average hotel, the facilities are quite satisfactory. Omiya Station is a station for many Shinkansen and express trains, and the transportation is very convenient
