Kensington Hotel Saipan Reviews

No highlights, very old, very small for the resort,no bath tube in room, also Ctrip has bad connection with the hotel, my reservation hasn’t been through the system over 8 hrs. Breakfast is lousy, the worst I have ever had in resort all over the world, full of rude Korean. The beach is ok, but you need to be careful with the sharp sands when you into the ocean.

Wow, perfekt Service and amazing paradise

It was not in the city of Garapan, but it was convenient to get around by car and it was nice. The only downside is that there are a lot of ants in the accommodation.

The hotel is located in the north of Saipan, 7 to 8 kilometers away from the city center. The environment is elegant and the sea view is beautiful. The service is slightly worse than that of hotels in Japan. It is not as meticulous.

Overall it's OK, the sea view is beautiful, you can directly see the boundary of the Mariana Trench, but the facilities inside feel a bit old, we stayed in the luxury room on the top floor but the room was average, maybe the island itself has limited facilities, except for the sea view, other facilities are far from 5-star hotels. Eating and shopping inside are also very expensive, and transportation is not very convenient. I think you can stay for one or two nights to experience the sea view, and then go to downtown to stay at the Crown Hotel. The hotel facilities of the Crown Hotel are a little newer, but the sea view seems to be average

The best hotel on the island, just book it without any hesitation, every room has a sea view! The only drawback is that it is a bit far away, and you can only eat in the hotel. It is recommended to rent a car and go to the city to eat.

This hotel is opened by Koreans. The whole hotel is full of Koreans, not many Chinese. There is no Chinese service at the front desk. Maybe the hotel is a little old. Because I didn't do any research, I directly booked this hotel for three nights. Later, I changed to Holiday Crowne Plaza and I really regretted booking here... The interior is clean and very stylish. However, the location is bad and there is really nothing around. If you are mainly here for sightseeing and are concerned about accessibility, I think Crowne Plaza is a better choice. There is a pool and beach, and they have shows at night, so it is recommended for those who want to relax at the hotel. You can also enjoy kayaking and sailing for free. I thought that a 5-star hotel at this price was cheap! However, it was not at the level of a 5-star hotel in Japan, so I felt that it was worth the price.

I chose Kensington Resort for my first trip to Saipan. I have a 24-month-old baby, so I didn't have to worry about what he would eat. The use time for the facilities and the pool slide was too short, which was disappointing.
