Hotel Tres Anclas ★★★
"I stayed in this hotel from the 23rd June until the 27th with my daughter and granddaughter I chose the hotel for it Entertainment and the nice rooms. Unfortunately the rooms did not meet my expectations. According to the photos supplied i was looking forward to a nice fresh looking room, unfortunately this was not the case. The rooms looked very tired and old. The photos were probably taken 10 yrs previously. The entertainment was all in Spanish !!, including the Bingo. For a hotel of 9 Floors, the offered one Table Tennis Table . The two swimming pools were VERY small for a hotel of this size and offered probably only 30 sunbeds. The best thing about this Hotel was the food, could not fault it . Checking was a nightmare with only one receptionist working. It appears we are expected to check ourselves online. So i would not recommend this Hotel."
Hotel Azahar ★
"All right."
Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel ★★★★
"Girlfiend & I just back from 5 night B&B stay at Oliva Nova to attend a family wedding in nearby Pego. Overall a positive Hotel experience, reasonably good breakfast & particularly enjoyed easy access to beautiful beach. But am compelled to comment on Hotel Staff attitude which was definitely not customer focussed, at times passive, and in one instance bordering on aggressive. I've stayed in hotels across Europe, Asia & Americas and am sure I wasn't imagining this. Of particular note was attitude from Restaurant Manager at El Olivo. After we complained about steaks which were clearly presented "raw" after we ordered them "well done", their waiter offered they would be further cooked & would be "on the house". Afterwards we were billed for the steaks, and when I objected to the Manager he quickly became visibly & audibly angry. We paid for the steaks if only to save the waiter from any negative fallout. Experienced poor attitude on at least three occasions. Oliva Nova should acknowledge this & recognise they should do something about it otherwise customers like us will find alternative Hotels to spend our money."
Hotel RH Gijón & Spa ★★★
"Relaxing and enjoyable stay with lovely dinner, spa and breakfast included! Really happy we chose this hotel with friendly staff, great location, live entertainment in the evening and excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. We are looking forward to coming back!"
RH Bayren Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"Nice breakfast. Good hotel in front of the beach. Didn’t like the room facilities, towels and bed linen seems too old"
Hotel Porto ★★★
"Far from the beach. The food is very good, all-you-can-eat buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner."
Hugo Beach Hotel ★★
"Great location... A little tired, and if you're nit at the very few room at front of hotel, expect a bad, bad view...bad"
Senator Gandia ★★★★
"Check-in was at 6 or 7 in the evening. There was only one receptionist and more than 10 people were in line. It took more than half an hour to get in line! The road at the entrance was very small. When the three parking spaces were full, there was no place to park temporarily for check-in. We could only park on the sidewalk and leave one person to watch the car and luggage while one person queued for check-in. It was very tiring and embarrassing to follow the children on a long-distance self-driving trip! The room was very small, the floor was very dirty, there was only one chair, no blankets or quilts, just an ultra-thin sheet as a quilt! It was very uncomfortable for a family of three to live in. The parking fee was 19 euros a day! The only advantage was that it was close to the beach"
Hotel Indigo Gandia - Beach by IHG ★★★★
"Great vibe, modern rooms, friendly staff and superb location to enjoy life! Paella is highly recommended and Jordi is a great host to assure a perfect stay!"

"Excellent service, very complete breakfast, I would choose it again on my next stay in Gandía"
Las Dunas
"Overall, we liked it. But if I look at certain things individually, there's room for improvement. The menu inside the restaurant is good in terms of price, but on one occasion they ran out of one of the ingredients (York ham). They didn't tell us, and we paid the price listed on the menu for the whole thing. When we noticed, we told the staff, and the response was neither efficient nor reasonable. "I don't make the menus." First, not making a menu doesn't mean the kitchen doesn't follow the ingredients list. Second, the mistake should be acknowledged immediately, and excuses about not having ham should not be made when it's listed on the menu. Third, a solution should be sought; the customer shouldn't be expected to provide one. And fourth, if a solution isn't offered, and the customer's suggestion is reasonable and makes perfect sense, there shouldn't be any murmuring from the kitchen. If an ingredient is missing, a better one is arranged. If that's not possible, an apology is offered, and a similar ingredient is added, but no inappropriate comments are ever made… it's important to emphasize that the customer wasn't at fault. On the other hand, there aren't enough sun loungers at the small pools. The pools aren't very clean. The morning café staff is professional and friendly. Some of the women have light hair, and another has dreadlocks. But the evening staff leaves something to be desired. There's a very nice cleaning lady who's always ready to help; she has very short hair. The reception staff are friendly, pleasant, and professional."

"The buffet is small but good. At dinner time we met a group of people from an evangelical church. There were about 250 of us. We couldn't have dinner, the hotel kitchen was not prepared for so many diners. There were people who had paid full board and had dinner out.... In some restaurant in the surrounding area. A total lack of foresight."
Villa Luz Design & Art Hotel
"Hotel was ok your average would some it up well. Beds were comfortable however the air conditioning did not work , we went as a large family group and only one room out of 3 had working air conditioning. Bar snd cleaning staff were lovely however the receptionists were quite rude and not helpful at all . I dropped my purse and it was handed into the reception when I got it back only a few coins was left , they took over 150 euro , another staff member told me yo ask at reception to watch the cameras as it was possible the receptionist took the money I didn't ask as I doubt if they did they'd agree however when they gave me the purse I opened it and said id 150 in this its gone which the receptionist said you couldn't fit 150 in that , when we said about the air conditioning they said they'd send someone up , which never happened. I also had my car keys taken I had made my bed and took the keys from our baby buggy and left them in the middle of our made bed so you couldn't miss them , when I came back from breakfast the room was cleaned and the keys were gone , again receptionist were No help at all ."
