"We stayed here for about a week and can genuinely say this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. It absolutely deserves its four stars, and we were so, so happy with our decision to book it. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with tea and cookies and told to make ourselves feel at home … and that’s exactly how it felt throughout our stay. There was such a warm, personal and genuinely human atmosphere here. We upgraded from a garden-view room to a sea-view room, and this was probably the best decision we could have made. The view was easily the highlight of our stay. We’ve travelled to quite a few countries, but this was honestly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever had from a hotel. You could watch the sunset directly from the balcony and even from the shower through the bathroom window. Showering while watching the sun set over the ocean is something we definitely won’t forget anytime soon. The staff were absolutely wonderful: incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, even with the occasional language barrier. Samira in particular took such amazing care of us and is genuinely a wonderful person. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly sweet, everything was always clean, and the pool was very well maintained. Breakfast was great, and we really appreciated that they even have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu. They were also incredibly accommodating with personal requests. As a small suggestion, it would be amazing to see a few more vegan options and plant-based milk alternatives in the future. At the same time, we completely understand that the demand for these products might simply not be very high in the area. Whenever something wasn’t available, the staff genuinely tried to accommodate me personally, which I really appreciated. Food can sometimes take a little longer to prepare, but they were transparent about this from our very first day, so it never bothered us. And we HAVE to mention the coffee. We’re from Vienna, so we like to think we know our coffee … and somehow this hotel served us some of the best coffee we’ve ever had. 😂 We tried coffee at several other places during our trip, but honestly, nothing hit the same. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the combination of that unbelievable location and the people working there. After a week, we genuinely felt sad to leave. Beautiful, peaceful, personal, and absolutely worthy of its four stars. A huge thank you to Samira and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would come back in a heartbeat. ❤️"

"Wonderful riad. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Amazing breakfast and dinner provided by the wonderful mama there. Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. The decorations are phenomenal. So much attention to detail and extremely tastefully decorated in the Moroccan style. A true gem in Safi. Excellent location. Perfect place."

"The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and facilities were subpar. Throughout the day, I was constantly disturbed by construction and machinery noises coming from the first floor, as the hotel decided to undertake renovation work without prior notice. I have a video to corroborate this. The breakfast was also disappointing; it was not fresh and lacked quality i have attached the breakfast photo and what ever you see in the photo is the only breakfast you get nothing more or less every day. Although breakfast hours were supposed to be from 8 to 11 AM, the breakfast area was never open at 8 AM. I had to wait outside until 8:15 or 8:20 AM. When I finally entered at 8:20, the tables were still cluttered with used plates from the previous night, and the staff only cleaned them in the morning. By the time I could have my breakfast, it was almost 9 AM. i have attached the photo where you can see staff is cleaning the table for the left over from last night During one night, the lights went out on the third floor. I reported this to the reception, but the staff member had no idea what I was trying to explain. I had to bring them to the third floor to show that there was no light. They opened the electrical panel but still had no clue how to fix the issue. I ended up troubleshooting the electrical panel myself, turning off all the switches and then switching them back on one by one until the problem was resolved. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I will never stay at this hotel again."
