"Recently had a family holiday which included a toddler and baby we had a lovely time with only a few downsides the lift was too small to accommodate a double pram so had to be physically carried up a flight of stairs and luckily on floor one .The pool was lovely, and the beds were always available, but again, most of the sunbeds upstairs again food not too bad but slightly repetitive. The rooms and hotel very clean and the staff were extremely nice and friendly but entertainment all in French but entertainment people lovely and spoke English to my granddaughter but overall a good family holiday"

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! ITS DISGUSTING! we booked a 5 night break for our 10 year wedding anniversary, we done our research and all seemed good then a couple of weeks before we flew we noticed some really bad reviews, we just thought we'll theres always people that are sometimes not happy. Well when we got there we were so disappointed! The room was in much needed repair and also very dirty! We had a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet which was dripping, shower was ingressed with dirt the mattress was yellow stained along with other stains, the balcony was dripping with stains and dirt even found a cut toe nail on there.. tissue hanging out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Plug socket hanging off in bathroom. Holes in towels. I could go on.. food wasnt edible it was all cold and hardly any choice! There was insects all over the counters! That was it for us we refused to eat there so had to spend even more to eat out everyday! The smack bar well that was laughable The pool area was so dirty absolutely terrible.. sunbeds were dirty. The pool bar had one member of staff which made ques long all the time.. if was 1 euro for a cup which is returned to you when you hand the cups back which I thought was a great idea so there wasnt any lying around the pool. Staff were not approachable. All the positives I have is that so coma was beautiful and the weather was beautiful. It really has deflated our 10 year wedding celebrations which we are both gutted about. So if you want a nice clean hotel and warm nice food please rethink and book at one of the many lovely hotels in so coma instead."

"We arrived at night and a lovely lady called Bea was there to receive us(she was really helpful). Sa coma is a very cute village, with lots to do. Beautiful beaches and little shops. Recommended for families since the beach is safe and easy to reach. The apartments are small but good enough for a family of 4."

"Such a lovey place. All the staff are super helpful and so great with my 2 year old little one. The massage I has was honestly one of the best I have had and it was a very reasonable price. Lucia and Joni were so attentive and even put up with me trying to speak very broken Spanish and helping me learn as I went along. Both their recommendation were great and we had a great time . Some of the customers are very abrupt and rude but they all dealt with it so well, always with a smile on their face, thank you so much for looking after us and our family xxx Ps my little one lived the ball pit ❤️"

"Amazing hotel. Great location to beach and bars. Hotel spotlessly clean with all staff so friendly. we were upgraded to a suite and it was huge and just amazing all rooms one look the pool which was lovely and warm. Luxury sunbeams with not having to reserve your bed with a towel. The evening entertainment was good as well. The buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal was very nice with plenty of choices."

"Just got back from a week here. Arrived around 8pm so was in time for some food from the restaurant. I was expecting anything brilliant and it wasn’t but it is what it is 3 * so guys just remember this when booking as people seem to think it’s gonna be amazing lol… We hate in a few times to safe on money obviously but they was always a few different options but you wouldn’t eat in there every night, if you went into the restaurant late breakfast / dinner they seem to run out of plates and cups and some was dirty, breakfast wasn’t great but if you like eggs like me you’ll be fine. There’s no chef making omelettes or crepes which I know people like lol… Room was ok we had a junior suite and for some reason they gave us top floor with a toddler. Room was big enough and clean ish with a few until I got rid myself. Air con was terrible so had some terrible nights sleep, and the water pressure on the tap and shower was atrocious and the shower would go hot and cold. Cleaner was ok but never removed old cups of coffee which I thought was strange. So the pool is alright there two in this hotel and one in the apartments across the road which I never visited, but the sunbed situation is be up for 8ish and I reckon it was around 8.20 before you could go in and get some beds and u never had a issue getting one I mean I’ve stopped places before where people are out at 6-7 getting them. It also could do with a deep clean the pool it’s was green all around the plastic grates and very slipper round the boundary and they was also a bad trip which a fair few people fell over and it was a raised long drain running across the front of the pool. The all inclusive is terrible for kids as well there’s zero ice cream during the day unless you pay or anything else snack wise for them, theres a tiny portion of the restaurant open at the back which as spag Bol every day few chips and ham and cheese with a drinks machine but thats it. Never stayed in for whatever the entertainment was but I don’t think they was anything decent I think maybe bingo and karaoke. Location of the hotel was sound tho not far to beach and shops and supermarket. Beach is beautiful but you need to go a little further up not opp Burger King. I you could be bothered Cala Millor is better which is next town up I think 25min walk of 5 mins in car more for kids and loads more shops bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t return to this hotel but i would to Sa coma area but pay extra for a 4* I did speak to someone who’d been before in 2023 and he said he couldn’t believe how downhill it had gone. Said it had all sorts going on and also had ice creams and that on offer all day so maybe it’s new owners who knows."

"I read the reviews prior to my visit and thought this hotel was ideal for a family of 4 adults and 3 children from 4 generations to enjoy a holiday. I couldn't have been more wrong, first the positives I noted during our stay. Food was good, plenty of choice and variety, not always hot but at least it was tasty. Everyone seemed to enjoy aqua aerobics. Obviously being a party of 7 we had 2 rooms and whilst one room was cleaned and beds made to a satisfactory level the second room was not at all. Some days no attempt to make the beds, pots and glasses left uncleaned, floor was that dirty my socks went black. We reported this at reception we got different responses. Firstly I was informed pots should have been cleaned, next I was told they are not cleaned. We requested tea and coffee for the room and informed it's not provided. I have 3 holidays a year and have never stayed at any other hotel, regardless of rating, that didn't provide tea and coffee in the room. Poolside was not cleaned everyday, rubbish was strewn about, sunbeds were dirty. Staff were miserable ALL the time, entertainment was poor in the evening. I wanted to have some spa treatments but was informed I would have to walk up the road to another hotel to book and pay. I asked if I was able to book and pay through reception as I couldn't walk far, they just shrugged their shoulders and said no. Absolutely no help at all. I could go on but I'm loosing the will writing this review so just going to finish by saying: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.... "

"The location was lovely and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The hotel generally had a good atmosphere, although unfortunately on our last night we could hear members of the bar staff arguing, which wasn't very pleasant. The rooms are definitely in need of some refurbishment. Our balcony door wouldn't shut properly, which meant the air conditioning wouldn't work and our room was unbearably hot. We reported the issue three times during our stay, but someone only came to look at it once and unfortunately the problem still wasn't fixed. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. We found it very repetitive, with limited choice, and unfortunately I became unwell with what appeared to be food poisoning during our stay and spent nearly 72 hours in bed, which obviously had a big impact on our holiday. The pools were lovely and we really enjoyed these. However, the flooring around the splash pad needs some attention as there were areas where the surface was missing, and we saw a lot of children slipping. On a positive note, the staff were generally lovely and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, Sa Coma itself was beautiful and we loved the location, but unfortunately the issues with the room, food and maintenance mean we wouldn't return to this hotel."

"Couldn’t really fault this hotel for what you pay for it! Food wasn’t 5* but neither was the price could always find something - salad bar was lovely though. Alcoholic drinks/coffee/juices are all really syrupy/sweet which isn’t ideal. Location is brilliant, staff so friendly. Entertainment was limited with just a parrot show, reptile show and a band for the 5 days we stayed. Some day time activities like water polo, cornhole, billiards, darts… Would definitely recommend and go back."

"I visited Protur Badia Aparthotel at the start of October and stayed for a week. We arrived around 13:00 and our room was ready. The room was clean, had air conditioning and was a good size. It had a fridge, microwave and a safety box, it didn't have a kettle, which us British people do like, but it really wasn't a problem. The hotel was great, we always found somewhere to sit for our meals and evening entertainment. The food and drinks provided were good/OK. For the evening meals they always had a themed dinner and then a standard dinner, which changed everyday. Personally I thought the food was ok (my husband thought it was amazing) but I thought it was a bit bland and predictable, none of the dishes blew my taste buds, but I understand that we weren't eating at a Michelin star restaurant. There were cold drink and coffee machines, where you could get a drink throughout the day. The pool was a great size with lots of sunbeds, there are signs which stated that no one could use the sunbeds till 09:00 and we never had a problem. There is the main pool, baby pool and mini kids splash pool at the hotel, but you also have access to a bigger splash pool which I would recommend. My only negative comment would be that the pools, including the children's and splash pools, were really cold. I only swam in the hotel pool once due to this. Our son who is 1.5 years old didn't like pools and he would only walk up to his ankles ! We went to the beach which is a 5 minute walk and I found the sea water warmer than the pools. This isn't a negative comment, just feedback. We knew before we arrived, that the hotel is primarily catered for German guests. This didn't affect our holiday at all, the children's disco which lasts 30 minutes isn't done in English, but we couldn't care less and neither could our son as he was busy dancing. Also the entertainment stopped at 10. The only reason why I wouldn't stay again, would be the cold pools, other than that good hotel, amazing staff and ok food."
