"Hotel + Europa-Park + Rulantica stay spent a week ago with my two children (17 and 7 years old). I really like the hotel and its Spanish-style architecture. It's honestly magnificent. The service is also very good and the rooms (Arthur theme for us) are spacious. Small downside, I slightly deplore the fact that I was sent a message to reserve a table for the evening meal. I made my reservations before departure without realizing that this meal was not included in the price. Result: 2 meals to be paid on site at 180 EUR for both meals. A bit much. I don't know if it's the hotel that pushes this or Europa-Park itself but for me it's a downside. Anyway, now knowing all this, I will most definitely return."

"We stayed at Pension Yvonne as a family of two adults, two children and a baby on July 2023 and we had a great experience! Yvonne and her parents are so kind. Even before we arrived, I had a lot of questions for Yvonne by email and she answered them all with great patience and kindness. Wonderful breakfast with a good variety. The room was very clean and welcoming with a free bottle of water and housekeeping every day. Nice location, a few minutes walk from Europa Park and restaurants and a lovely bakery called bohn. I recommend the family suite, it is very spacious and comfortable, a lovely balcony, great shower. The street is quiet and nice. Yvonne had a lot of information on traveling with kids and her father recommended us on beautiful roads to drive through. I am sure we will come back again, It was a feeling of a perfect vacation together with feeling at home. Thank you very much Yvonne :)"

"No one to welcome us despite having warned. Obliged to take a hotel in an emergency with two children in the low age. The hotel doesn't want to know they say that is our problem! He did not pay us back despite the fact that we couldn't enjoy the night. No gesture, he collects the money, he leaves the customers on the foot. They never tried to find a solution just firmly tell us that it was our problem and not theirs."

"I have absolutely no idea why this American-themed hotel is in Europa-Park, but I liked the hotel overall. The decorations had lots of loving details, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was friendly amd helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and crowds of people were handled efficiently. I have to say, though, the bathrooms were an odd choice. You can see the shower through a glass door... from the bedroom. You can close the blinds, but even then the shower was not completely hidden. Great for couples, I guess, but awkward for friends."
