I suspect it was from the previous owner. The bedroom cabinet next to the bed was labeled "Personal Property, Do Not Use." I rented the entire apartment, and you turned it into a shared space. There were two used toothpaste and soap stubs on the bathroom sink, and they claimed they were left there by the cleaning staff, allowing guests to use them freely. I've been using *** since 2013 and have stayed in hundreds of B&Bs, but this is the first time I've encountered this. They also claimed the tub in the bathtub was left there by the cleaning staff; it was filthy and full of sand.
