"Good for early flight traveller. It's very near the airport. They provide free pickup from the airport (not need to book, just wait at the hotel shuttle place where is located in between the arrival of Terminal 1 and 2, after the taxi stand) The instructions about this pick up wasn't clear in their description. When I check out , the front desk didn't offer the option if I want to take the shuttle service. I was waiting at the entrance for around 20mins. I asked the front desk if the shuttle is coming, then she told me have to book first. But have to wait the next round, every 30mins will have 1 shuttle service. Conclusion Pick up from airport: not need booking Drop off at airport: have to book and pay $8 Swiss French (although they indicate $6 Swiss French in their website) Free shuttle service if you book directly thru their website."

However, the drop-off service costs 9 Swiss Francs per person, which I found a bit pricey. Alternatively, you can walk about 5 minutes to catch a public bus to the airport, which is also very convenient. Getting to Zurich train station takes about 20 minutes, making it easy for day trips."
