"The location is very good. The bus 510 drives you in 7-8 minutes to/from the airpport and its stops are 3-4 minutes from the hotel. It goes on every 30 minutes. There is an option of free pick-up st the airport, but it is not presented when booking, neither the jotel offers it afterwords. The center of Zurich is reachable with local train, the stop is also very near. The room is nice, sufficiently big and equipped with all necessary things, except the fridge. There are free croissants in the lobby in the afternoon. It is probably the only hotel in the area which offers early breakfast, starting at 4 AM. But, the offer is quite limited and all products are available only after 6 AM. It is a pity that the staff don't provide few extra things, at least on the request."

"The location is very close to the airport, and there's a free airport shuttle every half hour. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but it smelled delicious, so I bet it was good. They have a salad bar, pasta/potatoes, and after-dinner drinks like coffee/tea, all for 25 CHF per person. The room is very spacious, making it excellent value for money for transit passengers or late arrivals."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again."

"The hotel is located in Rümlang, not in the city center of Zurich. It's about a six or seven-minute walk from the train station, and it takes 20 minutes to reach Zurich main station by commuter train. The hotel itself is quite large, with very new facilities, and the rooms are a good size. The air conditioning works well. Right across the street from the hotel, there are two large supermarkets and a Subway. Next to the hotel, there's a McDonald's and an airport runway, so shopping for essentials is convenient. However, it's worth noting that the hotel does not provide a free public transport card for Zurich city, and there's a fee if you want to take the hotel's shuttle bus to the airport."

"Shuttle bus to/from airport is only free for guest if booked directly with hotel and it cost 8 Swiss per pax for non direct bookings. Which is not a good approach for first timer guest stay in my opinion and location is a little inconvenient, walks about 15-20min to nearest train station. Booking through trip.com makes us “not” official guest. But overall our trip at Zurich is still good, hotel room itself is not bad, secure and clean, which is still worth it to stay. Staff is helpful with guides and friendly. 👍"
