"The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath it. The room was quite spacious. There were enough power outlets, and while there wasn't a traditional wardrobe, there were plenty of hangers. The towels and bed linen smelled pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. Attractions were a leisurely 15-minute walk away. We only stayed for one night, but overall, I could easily have stayed there for several days. Of course, that's not possible in every hotel."

"The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The rooms are spacious, with dry and wet separations, and bathrobes and simple slippers are provided. I had a good impression of Radiossion, such as the one in Etret, which pays attention to the needs of guests, but the one in Rouen ignored the needs of guests when booking, resulting in a delay in check-in. "The hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!"

Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres, d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée), ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus, quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes, ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et repeindre par endroits."
