Echt chill

It’s a wonderful experience that the hotel is so fancy and beautiful. We literally spent the most enjoyable time there.

I booked this stay for my parents, they really enjoyed their stay. They loved the location of the hotel, because they could take the tram or metro to visit us and go the Zuidplein or the city. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

My experience with Art Hotel Rotterdam was extremely disappointing. Due to a mistyped date on my booking, I contacted the hotel immediately—before even receiving the confirmation email—to request a change in check-in dates. Despite my prompt communication and multiple follow-ups, the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate the change. To add insult to injury, they charged me the full price for the reservation, even though I couldn’t stay due to their inflexible policy. This lack of understanding and poor customer service was frustrating and unacceptable. Given the hotel’s otherwise appealing location and amenities, I expected far better support. I strongly advise potential guests to double-check booking details and be cautious, as the hotel’s rigid policies and dismissive attitude can lead to costly issues. I won’t be returning.

All was very well , convenient room, garageplace , good restaurants nearby

The guy at the reception was rude. Because I'm vegan I ordered food from uber as their restaurant didn't have vegan options that I was sure about. The guy read on the food bag I ordered and asked me why do you eat plastic charge which was mentioned apart from my main dish by the restaurant.
