Villea Rompin Resort & Golf
"This was the first time we stayed in Kuala Rompin Resort & Golf. Whilst it was only for two nights, the location of this resort is quiet and had beautiful sceneries especially the sunrise. Our weekdays stay was very healing. Thank you! Our thanks too to Encik Jalil and Encik Maulud for their superb services and support."
Rompin Rainforest Lodge
"We felt incredibly comfortable! The lodge is beautifully situated within the national park. All the tours we booked were fantastic, especially thanks to the wonderfully warm and friendly guides. Since it was off-season, we pretty much had the guides to ourselves, which might be different during peak season. The food was consistently delicious. Even for full-day tours, we received a lunchbox, and they asked us what we'd like. We would come back anytime, even more so because of the lovely staff and the great location. The bungalows were spacious! Two suggestions for improvement: - Offering proper jungle night walks would be a real plus, as the night walks around the property itself are rather unspectacular. - For the lunchboxes, there were already reusable containers. It would be great if there was also regular cutlery instead of plastic. Similarly, I don't think the plastic bag and single-use water bottles are necessary. There are reusable solutions for all of these."
Hotel Seri Malaysia Rompin
"*************. Bilik family room yg selesa. Perkhidmatan pelanggan yg mesra bila masa check in hotel. Hotel dekat dengan Jeti tanjung gemok. Senang nk cari makan mlm"
Hotel Jeti Tg Gemok
"Everything was okay and satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged. The environment was nice and peaceful, making the stay enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Would consider staying again."
Rompin Beach Resorts
"Absolutely did not enjoy my stay here. Starting from the receptionist who wasn’t very friendly and like to blame others for any fault, the room in general was not well kept and dirty. But let’s talk about the pros first: - Beds and pillows were comfy. Cons: 1) what you see in the pictures online are completely different from what they provide. Basically the amenities shown in the picture are not provided at all. There was no telephone in the room, if I wanted to speak to the receptionist, I had to go down myself to talk to them. Bathroom only provided shampoo and bath wash, that’s all. No bar soap, no toilet mat, no hair dryer. Mind you all these things were mentioned as provided in the website. I had to go down to the receptionist to get a hair dryer. 2) The light switch wasn’t working, I couldn’t off the lights at night and had to sleep with the light on. 3) Cleanliness in general was bad, there was an insect wing and hair in my bed when I arrived. Toilet was not very clean with water stains and dirt everywhere. 4) Coffee and creamer were provided, but the creamer was hardened?! I really question the edibility of the food provided. Also, the kettle was so dirty with stains I didn’t even dare use it. All in all, if the room was cheaper, I wouldn’t have so many complaints. But if they’re charging me rm 255.5/ night, no breakfast included, I would expect more from them. So yeah, absolutely would not come back here again."
Hotel O de Anjung
"It’s cozy . But the heater at the shower room is broken , so I showered in cold water . But others is good , cozy ."
HOTEL KONG JING
"The service counter said the Hotel owner doesn't bother to look into any customer complaint. The room is comfortable and the shower is adequate. But no water is provide for drinking in the room. There is foul-smelling from the toilet outlet the entire day. The cleanliness of the bedsheeit and pillow is a concern."
Aman Tioman Beach Resort
"Super duper nice food! And the location very near my dive center"
Hotel Vogue Rompin
"Just excellent!"

Beach Shack Chalet
"I loved this place. While rustic, the room and shower are decent and functional. I especially loved the hammock on the balcony and spent too much time lazing on it. With the amazing sea view and breeze, and very laid back vibes, it's really hard not to. No need to spend time in the room. Amazing and accommodating hosts; they try their best. We're very appreciative. Thank you, guys!! We got the air con room and did not get mosquitoes. Yes, walls are thin, so no hanky panky.. ;p Yes, there was loud music from an open bar at the other end of the chalet. We managed to sleep through the night regardless. The loud waves drowned most of the sound. Will defo come back here if we're heading this area again. Some tips: 1. Do bring bathroom slippers/flip flops for comfort 2. Do bring a hanging toiletries case as there is no place to put your toiletries 3. While I ended up not needing them, I still brought mosquito coils with me"
Melina Beach Resort
"Loved the place and service. They provided ferry from Genting Jetty to their place (free of charge. Unlike the other fancy place that I visted. Lol. They have their own private beach too. Few things to note: their dinner is pre-served, so you have to tell them ahead of time like 2 hours before your dinner time so they prepare it for you. You must try their butter prawn rice."
Paya Debloc Village
"The location is great, not far from the Baye pier. It's just a short walk of about 100 meters after disembarking. This village is one of the liveliest, so if you don't like it too quiet at night, this is a good option. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, there are live bands performing at the nearby cafes. You can even watch people learning to scuba dive while sitting in the cafe. The rooms are all pretty much the same, so high expectations won't be met, as all the rooms here are roughly the same standard. If you want a sea view, I wouldn't recommend this place, as it's not actually a sea view room; it's located inside the village, about 100 meters from the beach. Because of its excellent location, the price is slightly higher compared to other villages."
Juara Mutiara Resort
"excellent"
Cahaya Asah Resort Tioman Island
"Very friendly boss. Peaceful beautiful place to chill and relax."
The Barat Tioman Beach Resort
"The hotel charges 5-star prices, but the property and services are more like a 2-star motel. During my 3-day stay, the electricity went out 10 times. The prices are not just 5-star—they’re comparable to 7-star hotels—yet everything is extra. For example, one burger cost RM 30, and it was of very poor quality. The food is not international cuisine as advertised. Check-in is at 2:00 pm, but my family and I were left waiting since our ferry arrived at 10:00 am. Check-out is at 11:00 am. It’s clear why they do this so guests use less electricity and water yet we already pay extremely high booking rates. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. This was my last visit, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless both prices and services are significantly improved."
The Boathouse Pulau Tioman
"Staffs are friendly. Room is great. Highly recommend"
Papaya Resort
"Very satisfied with my stay here. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was tidy and comfortable. The location is also strategic. Thank you for the good service."
Tioman Dive Resort
"Very good hotel, the only downside is that you can't delay check-out during holidays"

"We had a wonderful and peaceful time at the resort. The beach is gorgeous and allows for beautiful snorkeling. Diving in the south is outstanding. The staff is incredibly kind and we the food was delicious. We were quite sad to leave the island and the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for the beautiful vacation. Can’t recommend enough."
