"Several staff members at this hotel were extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and disrespectful, from the reception staff to the security personnel. The only exception was the reception manager, who was polite and welcoming. Important information was not explained at all. We were given two room key cards, where one card could open the room door and the other was only for activating the electricity. This was never informed by the reception staff. On that night, I returned to the room in the rain and was slightly wet. When I attempted to open the room door, it failed. The room was far from the reception, forcing me to walk back in uncomfortable conditions. The card was replaced, but the problem persisted, requiring me to return to the reception once again. Eventually, security was sent to assist. The night security staff behaved in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He showed a hostile attitude and took the key card from my hand abruptly without asking or any basic courtesy. Overall, the majority of the resort staff demonstrated a serious lack of respect towards guests. I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate action to improve staff attitude, professionalism, and service standards. I also recommend implementing a transparent customer rating system, allowing guests to provide feedback, commend staff, or submit complaints. Staff performance, salary increments, and bonuses should be tied to these ratings. Such a system has proven effective in other hotels and resorts I have visited, significantly improving service quality and overall guest satisfaction. This resort should adopt similar measures to restore its reputation and service standards."

"Our stay at Endau Rompin Rainforest Resort was truly memorable. The resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere that allows guests to fully appreciate nature. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety at every meal. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tranquil rainforest retreat"

"The water heater is broken, the whole house is swarming with tiny black bugs, the bottled water dispensers are pitifully small, there's no elevator on the third floor, and as a fisherman, I had to carry my luggage myself to the bone without anyone offering to help. I've stayed five days and haven't seen much service. There are no convenience stores nearby."

"Beautiful island, lovely small-scale accommodations, and the people are friendly. Make sure to eat at the restaurant just outside the entrance; you can also rent scooters and book a snorkeling trip there. The hotel excursion to the turtle sanctuary is an absolute rip-off for 50 euros – definitely don't do it! Otherwise, a fantastic pool, good breakfast, truly a paradise."

"Location : super private, very clean and very well kept. Staff service : friendly, attentive. Shout out to Rudra, Pika, Afiq, and their kitchen crew Wani. they say that the people is the heart and soul of the brand and it reflects immensely in the boathouse. Even the director of operations took his rounds to walk and chatted us up. Thank you Thevan. Room : very new and clean tho sound insulation is abit of an issue. But it’s all good. Internet : good and stable. This part of the island cuts off coverage if you have a local sim. Amenities : For now, it’s just jungle tracking with ATV or island hopping/diving. What can be improved : 1. perhaps more upbeat music at the bar area for people to let loose. 2. weekends when there are more people, a fire performance or a light show/drone or something. So that there is a slight group entertainment. 3. Pier could be abit more lighted to see the sea during the night."

"A true gem if you're looking for relaxation and tranquility. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had a slight issue with the showers in our two rooms, which was resolved by moving us to Beach Side rooms. We were a bit puzzled by the fluctuating prices for food and drinks, but when I inquired about it, we reached an agreement. Tunamaya is the perfect place if you're seeking peace and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed every single day we spent there."

"We had a wonderful time Al Melina Beach Resort. Nice beach directly in front of the terrace. At high tide you almost feel like you are on a boat. The super friendly hosts made our stay relaxed and we were really sorry when we had to leave. Freshly cooked food ist served and the breakfast was a nice mixture between international (eggs/toast/marmalade/fruits) and lokal specialties. The whole day you could get free water, tee and coffee. So you could even stay there an don’t move. Snorkeling trip with their own boat was offered as an extra, equipment to rent. We slept in a cabin directly at the waterfront with our own bathroom and comfortable beds. We recommend this paradise!"

"Review for Juara Beach Resort My daughter and I recently stayed at Juara Beach Resort and had a very unpleasant experience. While I don't like leaving negative reviews, I feel it's important to share what happened. I felt perfectly fine when checking in but ended up not being able to sleep with a persistent cough on our first night. The next morning, I inspected the air conditioning unit and was shocked to find it was full of mold, dirt, and hair. Unfortunately I was in the bed that was facing the aircon vent. I immediately went to a local clinic, where a doctor confirmed that the dirty AC unit was likely the cause of my respiratory infection. I had to pay for the clinic visit and four different prescriptions. Because I was so sick, I couldn't go scuba diving with my daughter as we had planned. There was no way I could stay in the same room for my health, and I asked the resort for a refund for the rest of our four-night stay. However they only offered to refund one night and even blamed my illness on my "symptoms of coughing." I am a throat cancer survivor, and this comment was not only inaccurate but also insensitive. I hope that Jura Beach will take my feedback constructively and clean out those AC units to avoid making others sick."
