Old hotel Over used I will not repeat it again

Good location amenities is bad

Clean room, friendly staff, bed was a little hard. A+

The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the check-in was efficient and quick. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, and the bed was comfortable, which fully met the four-star/five-star standards. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was good. The hotel has complete facilities, a gym and a swimming pool, which are very convenient for leisure and entertainment. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, which is very suitable for both family trips and business trips. I will choose here again next time!

The air conditioner in the room was blowing towards my head, which was very uncomfortable. It caused my throat to become inflamed and I couldn't swallow my saliva due to the pain.

The room was nice and tidy, but the surrounding streets were noisy at night, and we paid 30 euros of city tax at the front desk when we checked in. When we checked out, the front desk asked us to pay another 30 euros of city tax. We said that when we checked in After paying, the front desk categorically said that they only charge the city tax after checking out, which is equivalent to a city tax of 60 euros (twice the normal city tax!) for two people and two nights in a four-star hotel. I don’t know. Whether they made a mistake or deliberately overcharged, please consider carefully!
