I chose this hotel after reading many good reviews. I was so impressed when I checked in. The decoration is very unique, the mini bar is free, and champagne is given when I checked in. I didn't expect to be disappointed after staying here: the hotel is a renovation of an old school building, and the sound insulation is very poor. Whether it is upstairs, downstairs or on the street, the sound of the equipment is also very loud; the supplies are average, and the quality of the sheets is not high. There is no way to deal with the sound insulation, and the sheets are fine, but the service is really a bit inexplicable. 1) I want to live more comfortably, so I booked a two-bedroom suite for three people. When I went in, I saw a sofa bed in the living room. The receptionist explained that this room type is usually occupied by large families. If we don't need it, the sofa will be restored when we go to dinner in the evening. As a result, I reminded it twice, but it was not collected when we checked out. 2) At 10 o'clock in the evening, the tall and strong waiter knocked on the door one by one, saying that the intercom was missing and asked if it was left in our room. 3) When I woke up in the morning and pulled the quilt open to breathe, I didn't expect to find a dead fly in the quilt; 4) We put the empty bottles on the bar, but no one collected them until we left the hotel. My husband liked this hotel very much when he just checked in. He gave 20 euros to everyone, including the check-in staff, the bellboy, the champagne server, and the room cleaner. I don't understand if the high start and low end are due to low tips? I feel that this hotel was well thought out when it was set up, but it lacks quality in every aspect.

Environment: Suitable for family travel. Hygiene: Good, the soap is very cute, and the room is cleaned countless times a day. Facilities: The most frustrating thing is that the Wi-Fi was broken for three days during the three-day stay. There was no signal in the room and it was cracked. Although there was no network at the end, Ctrip tried its best to help deal with it!
