Holiday Inn Express London - Limehouse Reviews

The room was very clean. There was standard kettle tea and coffee in room too. It was close to Troxy and the Limehouse DLR. We did not have a view out of our window as it was converted by scaffolding. The breakfast was average with the hash browns being soggy for being left to rest for too long. Bathroom was a bit weird with the same door for both the toilet part of the bathroom and also the main bathroom.

Excellent service, comfortable bed & well-equipped room. Surprisingly quiet. Enjoyed the included breakfast too. Great stay!

DLR and bus stands nearby, transportation very convenient.

I won’t come back to this hotel again. The location is too far from city center and I am very disappointed about their service. our room card was not working and we went back to the reception to ask for help. The staff treated us as a ******, didn’t try to do anything and told us to try again by ourselves multiple times (while being very irritated) eventually, she realized she wrote down the wrong room number for us. It is ok sometimes there are some mistakes but the way how staff solve the problem really should be improved. When the customer meet a problem, we wish to see the staff can try their best to help rather than just let customer deal with it by themselves and think they are stupid.

Comfy bed, clean room and tasty fry-up too. Staff were very kind, helpful and quick to check me in.

The hotel is so perfect. It is got very big room and toilet. Dove shampoo and body wash are provided! Everything is perfect!

The cleaner was knocking the door , early in the morning. “House keeping “ she kept saying. It wasn’t even 9 o’clock. Very disappointed, as we wanted to relax.

It's an okay place, although the surroundings are really noisy. The breakfast is included but there's no variety of things to eat and what is offered is very bland and dry.

Good services from front-desk. The breakfast is quite good. Different types of food in the morning. Location is far away from station. Only c2c or DLR are close to hotel. Underground needs to walk 20mins. Not recommended.
