This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel. The executive floors on 20th and 21st floor are highly recommended as it has been recently refurbished. However, this time around found some dirty / blood stains on one of the pillow covers upon checked-in. Immediately asked for a change of pillow covers/pillows, which was attended quickly. Overall, a highly recommended hotel given its strategic location.

It was my first time visiting Changsha, China. I need to share some of my experiences stating this hotel. First, location of great. It was just 15m from the metro station. I used an elevator to get to the first floor with my suitcase. Second, Manager 'Doris' was very kind when I was checked in. Gave me a lot of information about around the hotel. I really appreciate it. Third, the room was great. They said this hotel was the number one hotel in the past, and I agreed. The room was clean and big mine had second floor with two bathroom. Fourth, breakfast was a great impression. I could taste many kinds of Hunan food. For noodles, you can order to lady at the table, I really enjoyed that stired green pepper with pork noodle. I didn't expect great service the first time, but I got a great impression on their service, to be honest. I will be happy to visit this hotel next time.

Old school grandiose hotel with a sense of style that makes it unique. Well worth the money.

There is no indication of letting you know that we could not drink the water that should be paid for. The slippers that we normally take home from hotels we visited we never paid for. This is the very first time I had to pay for slippers when a person called me to let me know I must pay for the water and the slippers. It was as so noisy with maintenance going on, on our floor, we complained and they had to change our room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The experience of staying with children exceeded expectations! The surprise is that there is a heated children’s pool in the swimming pool area, so parents can finally take a bath without worry! The lady at the front desk gave me a disposable raincoat, which was great! When checking out, the children cried and didn’t want to leave. This is definitely the first choice for family travel accommodation in Changsha!

Perfect experience, the guy at the door is very enthusiastic, the front desk is smiling, the lobby smells good, the room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the breakfast has everything you need. You can also swim and exercise, but unfortunately I didn't experience it due to limited time. Will come again if have the chance.

The location is very good, with Line 4 and Line 2 just outside the door, and it is very close to May Day Square, Jiefang West and the high-speed rail station. The hotel has a five-star configuration. The front desk service is very thoughtful. They asked about my stay requirements and arranged a room for me according to my requirements. After I checked in, the floor also sent me fruits. I slept very quietly and soundly at night. The breakfast is a buffet with many varieties and is very healthy. recommend.
