The hotel is very good, the service attitude is very good, and it deserves its name. The Louis 15 restaurant in the hotel did not make an appointment, and the concierge department also arranged an alternative Michelin restaurant. Specially printed out the appointment form and address for me. And the alternative restaurants are also very tasty. The only flaw is that the hotel breakfast is average and not worth recommending.

Pessima attenzione alla clientela, personale sottodimensionato per il numero di clienti, in tutti i servizi. Assistenza di facciata ma non di sostanza, personale al check in non professionale ,inizialmente la camera assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata, dopo più di mezz’ora di discussione siamo riusciti ad ottenere quella pagata anticipatamente. L’hotel dispone di un ottima piscina. Pulizia da rivedere, asciugamani macchiati e anche logorati.
