The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the environment was quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and complete amenities. It's excellent value for money, and I will definitely prioritize booking here again on my next visit."

"I highly recommend Liaocheng Arcadia Hotel! Surrounded by elegant Chinese-style gardens and close to Dongchang Lake, it enjoys a quiet and beautiful environment. The front desk staff are warm and efficient during check-in. Rooms are spacious, tidy and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The hotel’s hot spring area is amazing with dozens of outdoor and indoor pools. The natural hot spring water makes me totally relaxed after a busy day. All staff are polite and attentive. It’s a perfect choice for leisure trips and family vacations. Will definitely come back!"

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations; it definitely deserves a full five stars! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It's close to the ancient city, the Canal Museum, and the Shaanxi-Shanxi Guild Hall. A ten-minute walk or taxi ride gets you to the city center. Plus, the Baisuoyu restaurant nearby has delicious home-style cooking. The room was meticulously cleaned – even the bathroom was spotless, with no water stains or hair. The bedding was fluffy, and the duvet was soft and breathable, perfect for sleeping with the air conditioning on. The soundproofing was great; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and attentive ❤️. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they even offered to help carry my luggage upstairs. I got all my local sightseeing tips from them. The toiletries were comprehensive, the hot water came on quickly, and the air conditioning cooled the room down very fast. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. This will be my top choice for accommodation when I visit again, and I'll definitely rebook and recommend it to my friends."

"Thanks in advance to Ctrip customer service for their help. When I booked the room, the system indicated it was over 20 square meters, but the actual room was only 5 or 6 square meters, so small that there was no place to put a suitcase or table or chairs. Ctrip later adjusted and moved me to a more standard room. However, this room is particularly unsuitable for older children. The bathroom and shower room are made of frosted glass, facing the bed without any obstruction. The shower or toilet are clearly visible, making it awkward for a father with a daughter or a mother with a son. There's also no place to hang clothes in the shower, which I hope can be improved. Pictures 1 and 2 are of the small room. Pictures 3, 4, and 5 are the rooms we were later transferred to."
