GGuest User以前旅遊的時候一直首選星級酒店，但是給我的感覺一直很一般，這次帶孩子來華山旅遊，在攜程上看了半天，一直找不到滿意的，翻着翻着突然發現了華山户外主題酒店，看了一下評論，幾乎全是好評，於是報着試試看的心理下了單，下火車拉着行李箱到酒店門口，是個很大的院子，旁邊種着幾棵果樹，庭院很乾凈，於是在前台拿了房卡，上樓打開房門，客房很大很乾凈，設施一應齊全，兒子試着連了WiFi，每個房間都有獨立的網絡（這點非常好，前面在重慶和西安旅遊的時候，全酒店就一個WiFi，網卡的不行不行）酒店老闆知道我們第二天要上華山，親自開車送我們去遊客中心，下山的時候，還聯繫我們，把我們接回酒店，我們離開酒店，還親自送我們去高鐵站。我第一次在外有了家的感覺。酒店的飯菜也做的特別香，早餐也很好吃。朋友們，如果你們要來華山旅遊，我強烈推薦你們住這家酒店。

JJavlynEverything was perfect. The room has a million dollar price view and was clean. There is also a lift whereby it helps a lot with heavy luggages. The owner is a gem here! Excellent service, and always there to help. He offered to pick us up from the train station and also ferry us to some nearby places. He was also the one that helped to organised and booked our tickets to Hua Shan. In addition, it was a nice gesture of the boss to provide us pair of gloves for our trip to Hua Shan which saves our lives (bad rainy weather when we are up there). Do not hesitate to stay here where you pay a small price for 5 stars services.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated close to the hiking route of Huashan, though a bit farther from the city center. The area itself is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Mr. Xiao was especially helpful, he assisted me in purchasing hiking tickets and even offered transportation between the hotel, the train station, and the hiking area, which made everything so much easier.
The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. I felt so comfortable that I even decided to extend my stay.
The breakfast was excellent and the overall authenticity and quality of service were rare to find.
I was truly happy to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserThis stay in Huashan was perfect! The B&B is quiet and elegant, surrounded by green trees. When you open the window, you can see the mountains and the sound of birds singing in the early morning, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The B&B is in an excellent location, very close to the North Peak trail entrance, which saves a lot of time and energy and provides great convenience for the mountain climbing trip. The boss and his family are warm and hospitable, and they are meticulous in everything from front desk reception to room service. They not only inform you of climbing precautions in advance and share the best viewing routes, but also thoughtfully prepare climbing supplies. The room is warmly decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, and there aren't a lot of bugs just because it's at the foot of the mountain. Both the hardware conditions and service quality are impeccable, and it is highly recommended to every friend who comes to Huashan! Little Huashan, take it! (North up and North down)

We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

Environment: The environment is excellent, it is at the foot of Mount Hua, with lush vegetation and flowers, the locations of the wooden houses and tents are reasonably distributed, the road signs are clear, and the road surface is clean. Wake up in the early morning to the cheerful calls of various birds, bask in the sunshine, breathe the fresh air, and feel completely relaxed.
Location: The transportation is very convenient, the positioning is accurate, the car can be parked near the room, and there is a shuttle bus to the mountain gate.
Service: We went a little early, but the front desk saw that we were with our children, so they helped us find a clean room to put our luggage first, and they also sent us a message to inform us when other rooms were cleaned. When we checked out, the child's doll fell into the room. The housekeeper found it and took the initiative to send us a photo for confirmation. He also helped to express it back. It was really thoughtful and I am very grateful.
Meals: The breakfast at Yuehu Restaurant is refreshing and delicious, and the ingredients are clean and fresh. There are also some other snacks nearby, and you can order takeout. If you are not too tired, drive ten minutes to Huayin, where there are many restaurants with local characteristics. I have eaten at two of them and neither was disappointing.

Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa.
Cons:
Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels).
Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

GGuest UserRecommend this hotel for Huashan tourism! The price is 50 yuan more expensive than those famous hotels, but it is a four-star hotel, which is very cost-effective. Although I booked only one pick-up, the hotel still sent me three times, one high-speed rail pick-up, one high-speed rail drop-off, and one drop-off to Mount Huashan. The driver was very enthusiastic, the front desk clerk was also very considerate, the hotel was large and the hygiene was quite good. The cleaning lady saw our clothes hanging on the windowsill and took the initiative to plug in the power cord for the room and turn on the air conditioner so that the clothes dried quickly. recommend

QQiufengbuguilaiI originally booked a hotel in the Huashan Tourist Center. I heard from the master of the Shenzhou special car that it was a good place, so I changed it after seeing that the price was right. An unexpected surprise by chance! Service: 99 points! 99% of the service staff are very polite, not that kind of boilerplate politeness, but a genuine greeting. Hot springs: There are many pools with different functions, but the key is good service! When you enter the pool casually, someone will greet you, help put bath towels, deliver water, remind the floor to be slippery, and be careful of the water outlet! The only thing I hope the hotel can improve is that there are more flies in the restaurant. The food tastes good, just looking at these flies is disgusting! Of course, it also shows that the surrounding ecological environment is good! Originally, I went to Xi'an after climbing the mountain. The child said that he would still stay in this hotel, so we are here again!
