Crowne Plaza Lyon - Cite Internationale Reviews

The hotel is located on the Internaciol city where many com=nferences and MICE event take place, so is a quiet area most of the times except when events take place. The Italian restaurant was fine and the service also friendly. Car parking was easy but the access from the hotel was a bit far.

Reasonable interior for crowne plaza group hotel. Staff did arrange higher floor for me as requested. They are nice and helpful

I stayed for 3 nights and was a very comfortable throughout. Room size is small but bed is big and linen new and clean. Coffee and tea corner is well stocked. Perhaps 2 water bottles can be provided rather than one. The breakfast spread was great and food very tasty. Staff is amazing, spoke fluent English and always greeted with smile. Will certainly recommend

Nice location , great staff at the front desk , rooms are well equipped and very clean , tv channels can keep you up to date news and music and the breakfast was very delicate and delicious . I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend in Lyon France .

The park is located next to the river and is suitable for outdoor sports and leisure.

The room is very quiet and the Rhone River is outside the window, but you need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. The only downside was that the drinking water in the room tasted a bit strange and the water package supplied the next day had stains on the outside. Also, the deposit refund is slow.

The croissants for breakfast were crispy, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, which was even better with the butter (original and salty) they provided. The hotel has two passenger lifts, but they have not been repaired from check-in to departure, so the wait time is longer.

Very good Holiday Inn 🏨 in Lyon! The transportation is very convenient! Parking 🅿️ needs to be paid by yourself! Business travel should choose here, there is a very large park next to the hotel. You can go for a run or a walk!

Natasha, the smiling and very friendly receptionist, gave us good advice on all the hotel services. The hotel does not have private parking, but it is not expensive, only €6.30 from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.

It's OK and clean. We arrived late and didn't have time to eat breakfast.
