Starting with the good things, the price is good, location is excellent literally 20 m from the main area, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, it has onsite parking, and despite obvious limitations the room was clean. However the hotel is very tired and needs some major investment in regards to maintenance to bring it up to a decent standard, our room was small which wasn’t a problem but things like locks missing screws, the toilet push not fitted right, paintwork scuffed and chipped etc really let the place down. Unfortunately what didn’t help was a drunken guest trying to kick a door in at midnight added to the poor review, I realise that the hotel can’t select its guests but I suppose if you book a budget hotel you may get budget clientele

Second stay in that hotel & the room we got was worst than the first time. Old room (Number 117), no curtain for the bath tube so it was very difficult to take a shower without messing the bathroom. No water provided (I remember I had a bottle last time), for the first night, they forgot to give us small towels… I don’t think I will book again in that hotel !

Amazing location and very friendly staff but the facilities in the room and common areas can be improved.

It is located in downtown Bonn, and there is a supermarket right behind it and a parking lot in front, so it is convenient.

I'm a little mixed about my stay at this establishment. Top bedding, beautiful room size. But in terms of equipment... Nothing. No soap in the dispensers, half-decayed toilet seats, very old carpet. It seems like nothing is being done to bring the customer back. I salute the sympathy of the staff.

Very disappointed, the establishment has a beautiful facade but the interior is to be avoided. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are degraded and above all avoid breakfast (small pastries inedible because they are burnt, brioche Not fresh, disgusting coffee...) 13th breakfast is a steal. Brief establishment to avoid
