Crescent Hotel

The room as the building itself is very old (( It needs proper refurbishment. However, the receptionist is very attentive.

Right location and cheapest available. It is ok but tv in the room did not work. All in all, it is ok.

I stayed here for two days while traveling for work. Overall, it’s an average hotel, which was in line with my expectations given the low price. One of the highlights was the free parking, which was definitely a nice bonus. On the downside, the toilet being separate from the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The décor also feels quite outdated, and the place could benefit from some refurbishment to freshen it up. That said, for a short, budget-friendly stay, it does the job.

Worst experience ever. No hot water, no heating. Had requested to change the room because of the cleanliness. The hotel is in a very bad state with mould and some rooms have shared bathrooms

Using the Trip.com app for the first time, I accidentally booked three nights starting on 19th September, instead of 17th September. I rang the hotel immediately to ask for a refund and was told to contact Trip.com. They put in two requests on my behalf and both were declined. The hotel indicated that my request was declined because it arrived too late (08:06 Sept 19). This is utterly disingenuous because this was the third request and I first contacted them two days earlier (21:36 Sept 17). I have been fleeced. Trip.com offered me £5 off my next booking. I had just been grifted out of over £110 and this organisation expected me to book another trip. Unbelievable gall, adding insult to injury.

I had a fantastic stay The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I have in a long time. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy perfect for a good night’s rest. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!

Interia Inside wos falling down, no hot water needs long time and special ask. But I get relaxed end off the day.

The room was clean including the beddings although the building is certainly early Victorian, the room itself has a wooden floor and fully tiled ensuite, details such as difficulty in open and locking main room door have been looked over. Overall fair deal nevertheless.
