"Room very clean, bed perfect, crisp clean sheets, great pillows. But was also traveling on business as well as family visit. Getting on the internet for phone and personal computer took help from the fellow on duty. Expert with a computer, but no sunshine...had a desk chair that was broken, collapsed all the way down. Asked for another...nope. Asked for any other kind of normal chair...nope...that is not hospitality. Another staff person was quite nice. BUT...No business computer/printer! A must for me. (Be sure and ask when you make reservations)."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to I-80, suitable for long-distance travel as a rest stop. The hotel as a whole and the rooms are quite new and clean. Breakfast is qualified for the same level and there is also an indoor pool. Reasonable price/performance ratio. The fast food restaurant in the small town is enough and can be recharged at Walmart, but there are not many other restaurants to choose from."

"We had an excellent stay at Best Western. It started with a very friendly and quite helpful reception by Cameron... many thanks to him for his professional and friendly check-in as well as following up several questions we had. Room was perfect, all amenities were provided and working well. The large indoor pool and hot tub were clean and quite enjoyable after our long drive. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. And checkout was easy. Great place to stay 👍"

"The traffic is very convenient, just next to Highway 80. There are gas stations and Wal-Mart supermarkets nearby, which is still very convenient. There is an indoor swimming pool and gym, and the facilities are not bad. The room is a bit not soundproof, and the people in the next room can hear it. The service was not very satisfactory. When I checked in, the front desk told me that the money for the Trip.com order was not received, so I took out the credit card and then directly brushed the consumption and deposit. I quickly communicated with Trip.com. After Trip.com understood, Trip.com helped cancel the previous reservation and returned the money. But the strange thing is that the next day I asked the front desk to give the receipt, the other party did not give, said it was an online order, and the attitude was not good. Ctrip customer service communicated back and forth for a long time, and then gave an electronic version of the receipt the next day."
