The room was very small. They promised to add an extra bed, but after putting it down, there was no place to step. After turning off the lights, the floor was covered with cockroaches. I was grateful that Ctrip tried very hard to help me get a refund for the remaining two nights, but the merchant refused. Ctrip then refunded the remaining balance, which touched me deeply. Being a Ctrip member provides many benefits.
