"Love everything about this hotel. Opposite to the hotel got dobi, walk few steps only. Very useful for someone carry few shirts only like me. At level 1 of the hotel got fnb (ahmad’ something i forgot the name) but the food remind me of McD taste. If u walk to the right side a lot of eateries, mydin, got bank nearby, Mamak, family mart, I think this place really suitable for someone to rest for one or two days before proceeding to next location."

"Had a fun time at Gamuda, and I found the location and cleanliness of the facilities to be very good. However, I wasn't happy with the service. It wasn't my first time dealing with a self-check-in, but it was the first time that no one provided me with check-in information even after the check-in time had passed. I had to find a contact number myself, and I didn't get any replies when I tried to contact them via Trip.com. Even after I finally reached someone, they didn't immediately address my issue. I'm really speechless about this kind of attitude in the service industry, especially from a chain."

In addition, the car park is quite dark, which could be improved for better safety and convenience."
