"Great Hotel for Business Trip. Excellent breakfast. Good Connection via Train or Bus to Frankfurt Airport."

"I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs. However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively. If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved."

"Very nice hotel"

"Beautiful typical german hotel with big garden and pond. We could park directly in front of the property for free. Room had everything you need. The train station is only a 5 minute walk. Frankfurt and its airport are pretty close so its a good alternative to expensive hotels in the city."
