"This hotel is excellent and very clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable, much better than other hotels of the same brand and name located in Bangkok. It surpasses them in every aspect. The in-room amenities are more comprehensive, and the service is many times better, even though this is a provincial hotel, not a major city. There's plenty of parking with security guards always on duty, providing excellent care. Honestly, the security guards here have better service minds than some of the service staff at the Bangkok branch's restaurant. But this is a review for Ratchaburi, so I want to commend the management and staff for truly excellent service. The room is beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows are of high quality and extremely comfortable."

"This is a very nice hotel with great service, clean rooms and good shower. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is a washbasin and clothingrack outside too, very handy. There also is a kettle and a big fridge, we were very very happy. In the morning they serve coffee with Thai doughnuts. We would stay here again !!"
