"The room and the service in the hotel were both really good, we were very pleased. However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor. There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive. Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted."

"The hotel staff is terrible, not only did they not have a room ready for us, we came in and someone else was sleeping there, then we went to another room and there were cockroaches running around, it was very late and we had to stay the next morning and wanted to change the hotel because paying $1,300 and sleeping with cockroaches is completely outrageous, we stayed for 2 days and only stayed for 1, then we told them that we would move to another hotel and they said okay and that they would give us our money back, but in the end they wrote that they would not give us our money back for another night! I don’t know what else to add 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️"

"A wonderful hotel in the very center of Rapallo. The room is clean, spacious, the breakfast that was included was not bad. The view from the window was a bit specific, into a "typical Italian courtyard" with the appropriate nuances, but that's also characteristic of Italy, which you love.."

"The lady's smile 😀 and the service 🈂️ at check-in ✅ were beyond reproach. Also, one of the male staff members was fantastic. The others were absolutely terrible!! ️ In particular, there wasn't a bottle opener in the room, so when I went to borrow one, the front desk staff member said they'd go to the lounge to borrow one, and when I went, they said they only had one, so I had to give it back right away!! ️❓ Isn't that strange? There's only one bottle opener in a hotel like this? The young male staff member, who clearly didn't want to lend me anything, was the worst⤵️ The lady at check-out ☑️ was also completely unfriendly, disappointing😢"

"We were looking for a special place to stay during our trip to Liguria, the main criteria of which were a breathtaking view of the sea from the window and the opportunity to experience high-quality service. Both criteria met and even exceeded expectations. The heated infinity pool was a great pleasure. It was a surprise to find a robe that was not up to the elbow of my 2 m tall man). I thank the hotel administration for a wonderful, albeit short, vacation!"

"The property is in an excellent location, in front of the Castle. The room was clean and spacious, with a partial sea view. Average breakfast with lots of fresh products. The bathrooms and soundproofing between the rooms should be renovated. But for me it is still an excellent hotel!"

"The hotel is in a very convenient location: 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the embankment. It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate. Nearby is an intersection with a roundabout, it is noisy with the windows open, but quiet at night."

"An excellent find in pictureque Rapallo overlooking the Bay and coastal headlands. We found this an ideal central location for exploring the local scene- handy to SML and a short ferry ride to beautiful Portofino. We travelled to Cinque Terre on the train and walked several villages, also accessible to this region by ferry from Rapallo. Claudio our host was friendly and informative and spoke good English. Hotel comfortable, convenient and clean with some rooms enjoying a beautiful sea view. Pleasant restaurant attached with a good range of local fare on menu. A really good value find that could well rate higher than 3 star rating. Thanks Claudio & staff for your hospitality. "
