"Comfortable bed, hot shower, and a nice buffet. ๐ฏ We had a great two days at this hotel. The food at their Emerald Cafรซ and Kimsuy Chinese restaurant, was excellent. The employees were really kind and helpful. The drawback is that the hotel is two decades old, and some of its components are degrading. Perhaps renovations will restore the hotel's magnificent facade and make it seem like it used to. Over all we appreciate the staff, and the room rate it was very reasonable for a suite.๐"

"I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect โ right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure.
The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay.
One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena.

Floor was not vacuumed, bathroom was not clean. I had to request new set of blankets. It smells terrible.ย
