"There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine."

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Prince Edward Island"The location is very good, right in the city center, opposite the Federal Art Center, after dinner, I saw the song and dance ”Mama Mia”. The suites are very nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a jet whirlpool. Breakfast is ordered. There is a butler parking, 15 knives a day. Parking is also available on the roadside opposite the hotel and is free from 8pm to 6am."

No. 1 of Cultural Hotels in Prince Edward Island"This exquisite old-school hotel has an elegant sense of the times in its floor height and corridors. I wouldn't be willing to stay here at ordinary times. The price is good in the off-season. The Halloween decorations at the door are very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the interior.
Traveling is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the pier and the famous restaurant. Of course, Charlottetown is not big, so it’s not far to walk.
Parking is also convenient, with free parking in the yard."

"Centrally located for touring PEI, with everything you will need for an extended stay. We used the laundry twice during our stay, and the owner provided us with a great map showing many of the local spots that aren't in the typical tourist guides, including a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
