The location is gd. Has restaurant, supermarket, starbucks and pharmacy nearby. Hotel has swimming pool and spa facilities, although the size is not big, my kid enjoyed it very much.

Carpets not washed or vacuumed, powerful smell of clorox from the little pool, room's floor not vacuumed or washed, ugly smell, dust all over, broken and clogged sink, broken faucet. At least the bed sheets and towels were white.

Clean and affordable accommodation in Quebec city 

Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Accommodated us for our daughters late check out due to online schooling. Clean. Cons: no soap in bathroom. Mattress are hard.
