The cleanliness standards are average, and some of the bathroom fittings are damaged, contributing to a water drainage issue. Notably, water tends to flow onto the bathroom floor when flushing the bathtub. And we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the cleaning services to arrive."

"First the pros Fabulous location, picturesque surrounding, beautiful lake. Lobby and bar is also grand with partial design. Many activities, like boating bowling, tours, mostly with significant price tags Very big lunch and dinner spread. Cons- We struggled for 15 minutes with room AC settings and then we're informed that AC is centrally controlled and the automated controls in the room are dummy. Breakfast time 8 to 11 am and dinner 6 to 9pm. At 9pm they simply cardon off the food stalls. So you have to finish before the designated time. We had to leave at 7am for our flight. We requested for early or packed breakfast. The reception desk told us that it will be charged (even though our package included prepaid breakfast and dinner). Bathroom and toilet glass doors without lock and latch. Big enough gaps in the door to peep inside. "

What I liked the most: The hotel is a new, modern property with a terrific guest room that has a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The heating system in the hotel is nice with a warm bathroom floor. A tidy hotel, cleanliness is top-notch throughout the property. Breakfast was nice with no limits. There is an elevator in the hotel. Hospitable, and accommodating staff with smiley faces, quickly responsive in all terms. Super Wi-Fi speed, the signal is strong everywhere, whether in your room, lobby, restaurant, and so on. A well-equipped conference room for free of charge. A nice small garden to take a walk in with a coffee shop on site. All kinds of different coffees with delicious desserts. The hotel is really a nice place to stay whether for business trips or simply to relax with friends and family."
