The room for 3 is a two-room, this is a big plus! The hotel is right on the square! There are no driveways to it! The location is super! But if you are by car - write to the hotel in advance, they will open the gates for you and let you into the underground parking. I liked everything very much, but the bathtub was leaking, and the bed linen was old.

The hotel is very worn out, we stayed one night and couldn't have stayed longer. The wallpaper is torn, the carpet is all stained, dirty, sand and hair stick to your feet, you have to wear slippers. Two sockets per room. The bathroom is small, the shower is on the wall - directly on the floor and on the toilet, no curtains, no tray. Then there is a puddle. There isn't even a mirror in the bathroom, just one shelf - and it barely holds up. A view of the most beautiful square, but the windows are dirty, as if they haven’t been washed for years. But the location is fire, the very center, everything is nearby.

Thé téléphone in the room doesn’t work, we repeatedly asked for an extra bed but didn’t get it delivered and are currently about to be 3 ppl sleeping in 2 beds. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, the lightbulbs fell out?? The carpet is dirty and disgusting. It’s very unsafe as the plugs are coming off the wall and hanging. One good thing is I couldn’t open my luggage and some guy helped me but he broke the lock (and we had to pay him 200 toumans for it). Elevator is very slow and the wifi does not work!!!!!!!! They told me they don’t have any?? Horrendous experience.

In the heart of the central area walking distance to pilgrim sites. This is a pilgrim town and hotel mainly used by pilgrims accessing the sites. Hotel has quite a bit of wear and tear. We were supposed to be at the adjacent International Hotel but that was under renovations so we were moved here. Buffet breakfast. Not really at western standards or for longer stays

CATASTROPHIC!! Hotel policy that check in is at 2pm. The rooms were not ready by 2pm. Waited in the lobby but was more like a sauna as the AC did not even work. Plug sockets are hanging out the walls as well very dangerous! The room smells & v dirty! Carpet is filthy. Many in our group had the same issue. We have a room of 5 but there’s only 3 drinking glasses?! Not much food choice. Poor wifi. Rude staff. Sink in the bathroom is coming off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling, which leaks water as well as the AC. Hotel is very run down - nothing like the promotional video. The door doesn’t even lock properly which is a basic thing. No idea how it claims 4 stars! DO NOT STAY HERE!
