staff were great, cleaner auntie and front desk gurlie are really super nice. BUT the freaking room doors r horrible really (we got woken up by the stupid beeping at 7am cos its so damn hard to close, and the beeping continued for a good 20 mins before the front desk came up and check), and the hotel breakfast is meh j don’t eat there. in chinese we say 一分钱一分货 so ok lah

Bath slippers are too hard and my feet hurt when I walk. I need to change them to softer ones. The phone is just a microphone and is just a decoration. You can't make calls, you can only answer calls. There are things that cannot be communicated with the front desk in time. Very cost-effective, worth recommending
