Convenient location. 1 min walk away from bus stop and train station. 15-20 mins away from Kyoto station. Quite a lot of things nearby to shop and explore! Beautiful temples and sceneries. You can take a short bus ride to Nishiki Market and Gion District. AMAZING ROOM, huge & we got upgraded bc they had a lack of rooms. Will definitely come back to this hotel agn. If you need anything like HDMI adaptor, etc u can just ask the counter, they have a lot of things hidden in their storage. Super clean, super neat and enjoyed the onsen bath.

Nice hotel, but I didn't live in the main building, but in a two-story room in the annex. On the top floor there is a bed, several shelves, a hanger, no space to put suitcases even on a rack, let alone unfold them. Downstairs there are sofas and a shower with a wooden bath. There is a lot of dust in the room, and on the wooden walls there is just a layer of dust several centimeters thick. Breakfasts are good.

Better than expected!!! Very spacious First of all, the transportation is very convenient, just one minute walk from Gojo Station, the public areas are beautifully landscaped, our room just happened to see Kyoto Tower and Higashi Honganji Temple downstairs (worth a visit, very large and exquisite), Nishi Honganji Temple is a world heritage site but has not been redecorated, not as beautiful as Higashi Honganji Temple. The only thing is that the water temperature is not particularly stable, but it is not too cold. I guess it is due to the age of the hotel. The air conditioner is a bit noisy at night. We turned off the air conditioner to sleep, but it did not affect the room temperature, it was still very warm

There is no Chinese service, but the lady at the front desk patiently translated and told you the precautions on the tablet. The service is perfect. It is very close to Gojo subway station and Kyoto Station can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There is a convenience store behind the hotel, next to the temple. In the morning, there are koi and pigeons in the temple river to eat.

I had a pleasant trip thanks to the friendly staff who treated me with meticulous attention to detail.

Facilities: The ventilation sound is a bit loud, so those who sleep lightly will need earplugs. Hygiene: Very clean. Among the hotels in the same class, this one has the cleanest quilts. Service: The guy at the front desk was very polite and patient, and the experience was great

The place that left my first trip to Kyoto as a happy memory until the end I will bring good memories with me whenever I remember Kyoto. The well-organized and tidy feeling makes you comfortable from entering the hotel to leaving. It blends Japan's past and present well, giving it a unique and sophisticated feel. Hinoki bathtub and plenty of warm water It relieved the regret of a ryokan that I had not experienced on this trip. It is recommended that you try the breakfast you ate every morning. The menu, which used to be Korean food, was changed to a buffet format. The food is unusual and unique. I'm very satisfied ^^ I'm going back after getting along well with the warm consideration and help of all the staff. I visited at 12 o'clock and only planned to leave my luggage, but they said the room had been cleaned and helped me check in right at 12 o'clock. As I was hesitating what to say, the friendly service provided by the Korean staff who came out to greet me and escorted me to the front of the room was very nice, and the cleanliness and facilities inside the room were all good!
