We had a wonderful time staying at Zen Hotspring Retreat. The facilities were great and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it for both couples and families.

去的時候是回南天，中午的小姐姐提前開好了抽濕，所以房間很舒爽，但被子有一點點潮濕的味道～
下午在娛樂室打麻將，晚上泡温泉，很大的池，非常舒服～

環境：環境不錯，温泉也可以。
衞生：因為天氣原因，多加了100升級到了家庭房，衞生間有股尿騷味，馬桶會反水，很臭，但是不敢喊前台處理。
設施：房間裏有兩台空調，有部是壞的…打電話跟前台説，前台：你們是不是沒有開到最高温度啊？後面來到了，一進屋子就説她覺得很暖，她穿這麼多，肯定暖啊…這種天氣，別以為人家沒住過酒店開過暖氣啊，正常的暖氣在屋子裡麪穿件短袖就可以了…前台覺得暖就暖咯…😅一樓裏面穿毛衣都冷…迫於無奈，衹能去閣樓睡覺。
服務：剛入房間，就讓前台幫忙拿一次性拖鞋，她説讓阿姨給我們，好的我們等，結果等了10多分鐘都沒有來，還是自己去了前台拿。睡醒差不多過了一個多小時，阿姨才拿來拖鞋😅很搞笑的。水僅提供兩瓶，後面讓你自己買。

我很想知道700塊的房間到底住了什麼鬼，跟自己鄉下的破房子一樣 就一張破床，一個池 這照片真是照騙！服務員態度差到爆 中午12點一直敲門催退房 明明2點退的，12點就催…很沒禮貌！差評！超級差評！

房間很乾凈 服務也很好！每天都有水果送進房間 每個房間有配一把傘！好貼心 終於找到合適的温泉啦
池子也很大！周圍外賣比較少 但周圍農莊味道不錯 適合情侶 也適合三五好友來玩 麻將和桌球都可以隨便玩 早餐也蠻不錯的～總之過得很開心
