"We spent 3 nights with kids. Check-in: very smooth and easy. English speaking stuff Anna Zhang was very helpful and gave us an orientation tour. She also added our WeChat so we can contact for any issues. Thumbs up! Rooms: Large and balcony viewing the lake. We are two adults and 3 kids we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Activities: Evening activities were fun. The hotels provides vouchers for some activities for free. Some need a fee which are quite expensive. Like boating on the lake or bicycle. Gym: well equipped for an hotel gym. Smith machine and up to 50 lbs dumbbells. Kids club and playground: All was good. Clean and we'll maintained. I didn't used the restaurants or had breakfast include so can't rate that. Overall good experience"

"Very comfortable three days and two nights! It was off-season and windy when we went there. Even though there were almost no people staying there, the auntie at the B&B helped to put in the hot spring water, which was really considerate ❤️ The room is fully equipped with mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, as well as tea sets and heaters. There are also cute dogs and some well-behaved kittens at the campsite Will come often!"
