房間面積大，陽台正對摩天輪，景色好。
樓棟應該有點年份了，看得出來。
下面是馬路，車走過會有點聲音。
老闆娘服務好，我們不熟悉停車，老闆娘親自出來帶我們走。我們以為掛着私人車位的都是私人擁有，後來才知道不是，這裏停車很便宜，不想在外面苦找車位的話，就直接開到停車場就好。

住宿⭕住的是小區裏的房子，兩房一廳。有一個房很小衹是剛好放到了一張床。
服務❌小區的保安高高在上為難別人，進出車庫還要被罵**，住在這裏很沒安全感，雖然房東和物業都道歉了，但是這樣的配置就不想來這邊泡温泉了，廣東省起碼10個城市能泡，周邊也挺多選擇的，這裏除了美林湖有點德不配位。

這家酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！
首先得誇誇它的面積，不管是房間還是公共區域都特別寬敞，住起來完全不壓抑，活動空間特別足，感覺特別舒服。
而且價格是真的實惠，對比這樣的配置和體驗，性價比超高，花小錢就能享受到這麼好的住宿，太值了！
老闆更是沒話説，特別通情達理，溝通起來特別順暢，有什麼需求都能耐心迴應，讓人感覺特別親切暖心。
住宿該有的設施也一點不含糊，浴巾這些日用品齊全又乾淨，用着放心。屋裡的電器都是新的，不管是空調、電視還是其他設備，運行順暢，用起來特別順手，體驗感拉滿。
總之，從硬件到服務都讓人挑不出毛病，下次再來肯定還選這兒！

溝通過後升級成了兩房的房型。小區的東門出去50米就是美林湖。在房子裏面也能看到湖，生活用品齊全，電視還開了鑽石vip ，老闆很用心房間裏還佈置了真花，下次來還住[強][強][強]。
