二刷美林湖又是一次愉快的入住體驗！酒店環境好，工作人員都比較熱情。這次帶媽媽來慶祝生日，從預訂到退房服務都非常周到且暖心。小管家玉霞姐姐人美心細，還未到達已安排好房間細節，全程安排的非常完美💗謝謝佈置房間李國有、還有夜裡來給慶祝生日的張永超💗以及自助餐中一直非常貼心照顧的倪飛鳳小姐姐💗酒店温泉區馬桂連，陳梓健，鍾仕梅對客人服務非常熱情，友好。點贊👍👍

Thank you to all the staff of Meilin Lake Hot Spring Hotel for giving our family meticulous care and warm hospitality, spending an unforgettable birthday trip, upgrading the room, and warm decoration! The waiters who impressed me were (actually there are many, sorry for not remembering their names): Chen Xinxin, Ma Guilian, Shan Fengcui, Zheng Jiangqing, Zhang Jinhai, Lei Xin; and an aunt in the hot spring area, who helped feed the baby water, but forgot your name at the time! Special praise for Ni Feifeng from the catering department, a girl with a super sweet smile, who took the initiative to help us enthusiastically despite the inconvenience of taking the baby to eat, and was very heartwarming! Thank you for the small gifts and handwritten cards you sent, I was touched... I really pulled the emotional value here to the fullest, thank you to all the dedicated staff, I wish you all a smooth work and happiness every day! The only drawback of this trip was that the weather was bad, the water world could not be played, the hotel was very large and beautiful, and many places were not able to take pictures and check in, we will come again if we have the chance!
