喜出望外，性價比高，溫泉池的水質可以的環境也好，種類也挺多，小朋友生日更有小旦糕跟財神爺助慶，尤其是小管家「秦梦丹」全程貼心服務，超贊！！！服務人員 「馬桂連 鐘仕梅 」服務態度很好，餐廳服務員「罗伊婷、冯巧洁、邓佳欣、张灵宜」也是服務周到。明年暑假也會再來。

整體不錯的，地中海式的住房風格，一對一的管理服務，從管家雷欣、温泉黃經理到前台客服經理、温泉服務員，都很不錯，一點小小不愉快也及時處理了；需要提升的地方：建議下大雨時，遊客趕時間温泉入口能有人撐下傘過渡到室內，温泉入口一個女服務員走過來把救生衣拿走了，自己撐着傘，我們在雨裏淋着跑。

六年前來過美林湖，這次再來服務依然不錯，前台小姐姐 秦夢丹 服務周到，關注客人的需求必須點個贊👍，酒店整體的服務都不錯。水上世界稍大的滑梯身高要 1.2 米，大型滑梯 1.4 米，70 斤才可以玩，對於 1.2 米以下小朋友滑梯選擇少了一點。沖浪池最受孩子歡迎。

工作日帶娃過來住兩天，酒店很大，歐式風格，裝修很氣派，配套齊全。大堂門口保安和前台服務態度很一般，給人感覺太生硬，一開始不太愉快，分配的房間也很差。大堂工作人員黃綺麗及時主動跟進，多方溝通，解決了我們房間的問題，在住店的兩天裏也隨時回答我們的疑問，滿足各種需求，離店時還贈送了伴手禮。自助餐品種很多，很多海鮮，西餐廳劉兵雲、鄧羣態度熱情，送了餐廳自製的曲奇餅乾，很新鮮很好吃。室內游泳池條件很好，游泳的時候，黎學軍、馬桂連、鍾仕梅送上熱水、浴巾，提供了熱情周到的服務。高爾夫球場的工作人員態度也很好，耐心細緻地教學，但是我忘記記下她的名字了。水世界雖小，但是各種遊樂設施也有，安全員也很負責，身高或者體重不夠的，都不讓玩。在造浪池如果沒有穿救生衣也會馬上提醒。總之，這裏可玩的東西挺多，值得再來，也會推薦給朋友。
