The hotel is full of Arabic characteristics. Evelyn took the initiative to call us before check-in to understand our needs and upgraded us to a family room for free. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and faced the beautiful lake view. Although some of the hotel facilities were old, they were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also good.
