一家人自駕遊，過來的時候有點塞車，剛到店走錯了地方。有管家帶路進別墅。環境和衞生都不錯，服務可以。附近吃飯的地方也多，不想出去在別墅叫外賣也方便。很好。

房間很乾凈，感覺滿新的。前院桌椅也很乾凈，坐着聊天不要太舒適～總體感覺很好。管家也給給力，回覆很快，有需求立馬解決。這裏離長隆很近，開車10來分鐘就到。

別墅很適合親子遊玩，裝修很新很乾凈，鍋具齊全，配私家泡池，水温也合適。燒烤需要的材料，管家也能及時幫我們送來，服務很好很貼心。水上樂園小朋友很喜歡。周邊很安靜，適合度假放鬆。很贊👍

怎麼説呢，民宿管理不行，從來沒差評過別人，設施沒整理好不要營業吧，浴缸是裝飾品，網絡不行，三房的民宿，衹配兩個風筒，雙人雙床的廁所衹配備2支牙刷，水壓超級無敵低，晚上睡覺，對面有工程很吵，第二天，小朋友去游泳了，衹是提前説一聲1點前走，態度馬上轉變，都説了東西收拾好，衹借用廁所寶寶洗澡就馬上走都不行，態度不好，而且去泳池游泳要走一大圈的，不推薦！

度假酒店是比較新的，去水上樂園也方便，就是説好的兩點入住，我們去到兩點還沒搞衞生，一開門一屋子的垃圾，溝通了叫人來，過了很久才來而且衹有一個人過來搞衞生，床單被罩什麼還沒帶來更換，後面才來多一個阿姨。由於搞得衞生倉促還有很多垃圾沒帶走，搞的衞生也不乾淨，拖鞋也東一個西一個

這次入住體驗非常不錯，別墅的地理位置優越，下高速十分鐘就到，去長隆也就半小時路程，別墅設計風格簡約時尚，設施齊全，配套大型的水上樂園和獨立温泉泡池，然後管家熱情友好，隨叫隨到，長者都非常滿意😀

衞生很臟，進去都是煙味，地上都是煙灰和粘粘的污漬。鍋都是生銹的，抹布是烏漆嘛黑的，盤子是有油漬的，夜晚很多蟲叫，早上都是裝修聲。到處是蟑螂螞蟻，孩子洗澡都踩死兩衹
包含的早餐都是幾塊錢的小賣部標準，標價卻是25元一位標準，且第二天以門鎖了為理由沒有送，門都沒敲也沒有放在門口，恩，又省了幾塊成本？
體驗感極差，跟商家一直在協商象徵性退個300早餐費，心裏好受點。商家不願意，被視為“威脅”。無語了，對自己的衞生衹字不提，抓我的字眼，態度擺爛，ok，會通過12315，黑貓平台，各種投訴平台進行反饋維權
