I decided to stay close to the Gulong gorge while exploring the area. While it is convenient, this hotel is still a bit far to walk (although it is an easy 8¥ DiDi ride to the park) and the surroundings are a bit depressing.
The room itself was large, very clean and comfortable and I had a good night sleep.
The young girl at the front desk had no English, fair enough, but she also had no real desire to help and didn’t leave her phone screen as I left the hotel.
While clean and comfortable, there are probably plenty of better options in the area.

I stayed here for rafting in Gulong Gorge. It was very clean. It was a newly opened B&B. There was also a bathtub where you could take a bath. It was very comfortable and it was convenient to eat nearby. The lady boss was very nice. After going rafting in the morning, you could still take a shower when you came back.
