We booked 2 x rooms to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and the staff went over and above to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. I especially want to mention Ms Lillian Kong, who was very friendly and could speak English very well. She upgraded both our rooms to seaview rooms, which was amazing. We purchased a bundle deal, which included buffet dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious. This hotel and staff receives our highest ratings!

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Emma, who was a tremendous help in resolving an issue with an item I had left behind at the hotel. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Thanks to her, the problem was quickly resolved, and I was able to enjoy my stay stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the excellent service!
