The location is perfect, just in front of the beach. Check in was easy, the owner was available via Wechat. All the utilies are provided. Bonus: awesome sunrise view.

The location is amazing! You can see the beach from your room window. The room was big and comfy, but I wish it could be cleaner. The AC in the room was leaking, what made it not very pleasant to sleep in the room. The service was not the best for the price.

What a wonderful experience. The location is perfectly in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and impressive with different themes. Staff were good and helpful. If you’re looking for sea-view and affordable homestay, this one is perfect for you. So, far, this is my fav in this location.

It's a bit old, and the room was upgraded for free so the view was good. But the floor was really dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine... The location was really good!!! But if it were me, I'd pay a little more and go to a better place...

The room is not small, the air conditioner is old, and the floor is damaged. The B&B is in a great location. There is a beach across the road. You can just wear a swimsuit and go downstairs to play. When you are tired, you can always go back to the hotel to rest. The beach at Shichangzha Beach is relatively fine and the sea water is It's quite clean... The B&B is located in a somewhat old business building. There is a Lanzhou Ramen seller in the lobby on the first floor. There are public swimming rings and sand digging tools at the front desk, which are very practical... If you don't consider enjoying the hotel's beach and sea water, this B&B is very cost-effective

I read the reviews before booking, and booked this B&B based on luck. As expected, none of the negative reviews were unfair. First of all, I would like to state that these are not malicious negative reviews from peers! 1: The most unacceptable thing is the bed. Your back hurts when you sleep one night, making you question your life. It is a very simple and broken mattress, and your whole body will sink into it when you sleep! ! 2: There are no basic disposable items in the room, including slippers. In the end, I practiced them and asked myself to unlock the door and get it by myself in whichever room I went out. I was completely speechless! 3: The bathroom smells very stinky as soon as it opens the door, it smells like sewer. 4: The air conditioner is very loud, even when it is turned to the minimum, it still makes a lot of noise! 5: I forgot to mention the most annoying thing at the beginning. The dilapidated elevator downstairs was broken. After we got to the fourth floor, it couldn’t be closed. It kept opening and closing automatically. It was still like that when we came back from dinner! ! All in all, the worst and worst accommodation experience! I've never been willing to take the initiative to write reviews. I feel sorry for myself if I don't write one this time.

The room is relatively large, and it is very dry even on the humid seaside. The location is great, just 2 minutes away from Metro Line 3. In the sea view room, you can lie on the bed and watch the waves and the beach. Go downstairs and across the road is Shichang. At the beach, children can go back and wash themselves after digging out the sand. There are also public swimming rings and sand digging tools, which is highly recommended.

I went there during May Day. The sea view was great. The hygiene was average. The coasters for washing were moldy.

I went back home late at night and found that there was no shower gel or shampoo. I called the owner on WeChat but he refused to talk to me. After several twists and turns, I was able to contact Ctrip customer service. In the end, they asked me to go to the front desk to pick it up... Oh, there was no one at the front desk either. I had to deal with any problems by myself. This is the first time I have encountered such a B&B where I can't contact the owner.
