It was a cozy room. However I found the bed sheet was dirty, they fixed it pretty easily. It was almost soundproof, I definitely had a good sleep, and getting to the inner city was around 20-30 min.

The sanitary conditions are acceptable. The lights in the room are extremely dim. There was no hot water from around 10:00 at night until the next night.
